Hi Timothy, We're glad you enjoyed the condo and sorry to hear about the problems with the neighbors. Sorry but we don't manage the building or the unit next door. We contacted the HOA who has spoken with those neighbors. If any future renters of this property were to experience this issue, please let us know right away and we can take steps to have it stopped. Thank you for your review, we always appreciate it when our guests let us know about their experience in the properties we manage. We are happy that you enjoyed the condo and found it as advertised. I do remember the issue with the elevator code not working and I'm glad we were able to take care of it quickly. I also wanted to note that the elevator was not open to any old person, in order to get to the elevator someone would have to enter a door code or garage code in order to get to the lobby where the elevator is located. Of course we want the property to be secure so we responded quickly. We apologize about the xfinity remote, I talked to the staff that worked that day and no one remembers that being reported but it's been 3 weeks since you checked in.
