We were a 3-generation family visiting my SIL's family who live here locally. Plenty of space, comfortable and great location for walking along the Malecon or the Centro Historico. The view from the balcony is awesome and the infinity pool is very nice as well. The host is very responsive to any concerns you may have. Highly recommended. Looking forward to another stay here for return trips to visit family.

Perfect Spot for Our Family!

The view from the balcony is even better than the photo! Our family found this roomy condo perfect for visiting our son who lives nearby. Easy walk to beach, dining, and shopping in the Centro Historico - our favorite place in Mazatlan. We'll stay again next year.

Annual Vacation

We go to Mazatlán every year and it was a treat to stay somewhere different and closer to Centro and the Historic District. We had nightly shows from the cliff jumpers and the heated pool was a nice treat on cooler days. The condo is very safe and walkable to our favorite Ricos! Thank you for a great stay.

A wonderful place with all the amenities. A view of the ocean and coast line with beautiful sunsets every evening. The Staff and security were very helpful. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is considering staying in Mazatlán.

Perfect Stay!

Couldn’t have been a better overall experience! Owner was great! Check in was simple as can be. Building is safe and nice. Perfect location for a Mazatlan vacation. Condo itself is just as nice as the pictures and was perfectly cleaned when we arrived. Great price for such a perfect spot! Would highly reccomend!

Breathtaking view!

This place has everything one needs to call it home. We stayed 28 days and enjoyed it every day. It could use a new area rug and nicer bedspreads. May be a few pics or some art on the wall in living room. Leonard was so gracious and attentive. I would stay again.

Wonderful Location

This location puts you right where the sights and sounds of the City live. Great ocean front views. We saw cliff divers day and night. Close/walking distance to restaurants, shopping, art, and tourist/local activities. Towels and bedding could use replacing/updating and storage could be better organized. But the init was comfortable, and we have already recommended it to someone.

Great Location and View

We booked this condo for 7 days. Condo is in great location with view of the cliff divers. Unfortunately, we were quite unimpressed with the accommodations. Desperately in need of new beds and furnishings. Recliner was visibly broken and had a bath towel stuffed under it. Chairs on the balcony also broken. Also quite loud as balcony sliders provided no sound barrier to the street and vendors. Appeared that no thorough cleaning had been done. We were not comfortable here. Owner was good to contact us directly when we booked our stay and gave us pertinent info about access to the condo and referrals to restaurants.

Sorry about the confusion of my lazy boy chair. There is no malfunction or leaking water. Of the 2 rocking chairs in the condo, my guests really enjoy the lazy boy to the extent that they would drag it around to different locations and even out onto the deck to get a more comfortable view apparently. The problem is that moving the chair created scratches on the floor so a few years ago, we put a beach towel under the chair so it could be moved about without damaging the floor. It is a shame you didn't try the chair. It appears that you and your husband only used the master bedroom bed. All three beds have toppers and a new topper was put in one of the beds a few months ago.  Because of your comments, we are adding 2 new toppers.  No one has complained about the beds or the deck furniture. Six of the outdoor chairs are quite new. Two of the loungers are a few years old, and a third lounger is quite old, but is in great condition. The tenth chair is quite old and in light of your comments we are giving that chair away. It is true Mexico is a very noisy country and I mentioned in my vrbo information to expect noise at the condo.

Amazing ocean views from large deck. Went to sleep listening to the waves and woke up to ocean views from bed. The location is perfect , on the malecon close to old town and restaurants, cliff divers and food trucks across the street. Beer store next door. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo beautiful view right across the street from the cliff divers and nightly food trucks .one thing we didn’t like was that it was quite a distance from down town and food stores. Taxis were frequently driving by. The toilet in the hallway was plugged up, had to plunge it many times.the drain in the shower was really slow,had to take quick shower to avoid flooding the bathroom.

The property was top of the line. The view of Mazatlan was amazing, especially at night.

All the accommodations were exelent. We were near Plaza Machado very romantic square at night. You could walk the boardwalk during the morning. And watch the divers all day and night. 100% would rent again.

Great Location - Fantastic Views

This unit places you right in the center of things. Fantastic views of beaches and islands from combined living room and master bedroom decks AND constant sound of the surf! 12 to18 food vendors set up every afternoon on the plaza across the street, selling food until midnight. 15 minute walk to Plaza Machado for a wide choice of outdoor restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at the condominium! A/C worked great, washer & dryer was a big plus. Great location! Every night we will cross the street and take advantage of the goodies they sell through out the Malecón.

Wonderful stay and location!

We stayed for a week and the condo was spectacular. The location is close to the Historic Colonial downtown. The pool and patio were beautiful (a little windy.) The condo is adequately supplied with kitchen supplies and anything one would need. We spent most of our time exploring Mazatlan. Thank you Leonard.

My family had a fabulous stay in this condo. My husband and 1 year old son had plenty of room (3 large bedrooms) and the amenities were above what I expected. The kitchen was perfect to make family meals and saved us money on going out to dinner every night. The juicers were nice to make fresh orange juice every morning. With a 1-year old being able to do laundry was key. The deck had a perfect view of the ocean and we saw numerous cliff divers take the plunge. The best part was relaxing on the deck and enjoying the view. The location itself is perfect. Very close to restaurants on the beach and the market. The description of the condo lived up to its promises. The only complaint I have is having to leave too soon! We are happy to be returning in the next couple months :)

I bought this new condominium that was the farthest west on the Pacific Ocean of all of the hotels and condominiums in centro Mazatlan. This particular unit has a spectacular view of the famous cliff divers which only six condominiums in Mazatlan can see the divers actually hit the water. Restaurants, the Central Market and downtown are within easy walking distance.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Always changing condo view of the waves crashing below, humming birds, pelicans and other birds soaring past at eye level, the variety of activities in the plaza and people walking, running, biking and roller skating at all hours on the 5 mile malecon.
