Bungalow på stille kompleks tæt på alle faciliteter

We appreciate that you took the time to send a review. It is always pleasing for us to know that guests have liked the accommodation and its facilities. We were more than happy to help with pre-holiday enquiries from you about transfers as well as directions and access information.

It was good to talk with you before your short break at the bungalow. Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We are constantly carrying out improvements to the accommodation so that it maintains its freshness and appeal for our guests. We have installed new bedroom and bathroom windows, we have introduced a multi-channel TV system, and we will be fitting a new front door later this year. Our management company conducts regular checks (in addition to the one that we carry out annually in the autumn) to advise on furnishings and amenities as well as general maintenance.

We were delighted to accommodate you. Thank you for your lovely review. It is reassuring for us to know that guests appreciate the facilities and amenities on offer at the bungalow as well as its location. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

We are pleased to hear that you had an enjoyable stay. It's much appreciated that you let us know. We do have full instructions for the use of the TV in our guest books, but very few of our short-stay guests tend to use it during their visit!

What a lovely review! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. It is pleasing that you liked the facilities and location of the bungalow and the complex. We look forward to welcoming you back again next year.

Thank you for your review, Ashleigh. We appreciate your very kind comments, and we are glad to hear that you and your mother enjoyed your stay at our holiday home. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests again in the near future.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your springtime break at the property. It was a pleasure making your acquaintance and answering any queries that you had.

Thank you for taking the time and making the effort to write a review. We have enjoyed our communication with you to ensure that you received access details - directions, codes and associated information - in good time before the start of your holiday. We are pleased to hear that you have had a lovely time. We know that you are planning a return visit, and we look forward to offering accommodation in the future.

Thank you for taking the time and interest to review our property. We were delighted to receive your positive comments about the bungalow and its location. We look forward to having the opportunity to provide accommodation for you again when you return to Playa Blanca.

We were delighted to be able to offer accommodation to you during our very busy winter season. Thank you so much for your very kind and positive observations. They are much appreciated, and they reaffirm our aim to offer holidays in comfortable and quiet surroundings at an affordable price. We are disappointed that we do not have availability for your proposed stay next year, but we look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

We appreciate you taking the time to submit your review, and we value your comments. Many thanks for your very kind observations about the bungalow, the complex and its location. We look forward to helping with holiday accommodation for you again in the near future.

We appreciate your very kind comments about the bungalow and its location. We are delighted that you had a relaxing holiday.

Thank you for your review, and we are glad that you enjoyed the bungalow and its location. We appreciate your comments about the welcome pack, which helps people to settle in at the start of their holiday regardless of the length of their stay. We advertise as a self-catering holiday home and, as a result, we have never provided (nor been asked to provide) toiletries. However, we do supply bath, hand and kitchen towels, and there is a hair drier for the use of guests. Previous guests have commented on a well-equipped rather than a "cluttered" bungalow. Thank you for notifying us about the cupboard door and the kitchen light. We do advise guests - and we do give contact details - on the website, in the guest book and on signage outside the bungalow to contact the Playa Blanca based maintenance team looking after the bungalow on our behalf with any problems so that they can be resolved immediately.

Many thanks for taking the time to review the holiday home so soon after your stay. The location of the bungalow was one of the main reasons for choosing the complex - very quiet, but near to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars and other amenities. We have considered installing an oven, but feedback has shown that most of our guests are happy with the hob and microwave because they prefer to eat out. We are glad that you found driving for the first time in Lanzarote not too daunting. We trust that you had a safe and punctual journey home.

We are so pleased that you enjoyed your short stay at the bungalow after your holiday in La Gomera and that you were more than happy with what we had on offer there. Thank you for your very favourable review.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your observations about the bungalow and its facilities, and we are delighted that you enjoyed your stay there. We have received many favourable comments about the WiFi since we introduced it in 2017 to enable guests to watch pre-recorded programmes inside the bungalow and on the patio in the absence of a wide range of TV channels. Your view about the location of the bungalow - in a quiet position, but near to the wonderful amenities of Playa Blanca - is shared by most (if not all) of our guests.

We are pleased that you had a lovely holiday in Lanzarote. It’s good to hear that you found the bungalow to be perfect for your stay. We would be delighted to accommodate you again if you decide to return to Playa Blanca.

Thank you for your very kind comments about our holiday home. We are pleased to hear that you had an enjoyable stay in fine weather. We were happy to be able to help personally with questions from you before you started your holiday. We would be delighted to provide accommodation for you again in the future.
