The property was just as described, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the check-in process with Vacation Time of Hilton Head was seamless. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish and would absolutely stay here again! Our 3rd year staying at Seaside Villas and it’s our home away from home at this point! Cannot beat the views and convenient beach access!

What I highly appreciated about this property is its premier location in the heart of Coligny. The central location places everything within short walking distance, and the property sits directly on the beach. Furthermore, the accommodations were exceptionally clean, featured a beautiful ocean view, and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Great getaway!

Everything you need for a nice getaway. It’s a small space, but will meet your needs if you plan to spend most of your time on the beach or exploring the island. We loved that it was beachfront and also walking distance to Coligny.

Relaxing and Comfortable

Our family had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head! Perfect location and plenty of room for our family in the condo. Kitchen is a bit small, but not a problem. Central Air is a plus. Definitely will stay here next visit. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family.

Short Memorial Day trip

The villa was very clean. We were in a great location right on the beach. I do recommend more towels and more information regarding laundry facilities, etc. be provided in email when booking and/or in villa upon arrival. Other than not knowing where anything was located for housekeeping the stay was great!

Enjoyed our stay!!!!

The villa was perfect for two people! It was clean and comfortable. The villa was as described but a little smaller than expected. Beautiful view of the ocean!! The kitchen was well stocked. The central air conditioner was an added plus. Many stores and restaurants in walking distance. We appreciated the gated entrance and exit.
