Hi Paige, We sincerely apologize that the AC did not work during your stay. We never want guests to be uncomfortable, and we were happy to fully refund you. We contract with AC repair companies and as the issue occurred after-hours, we scheduled with them as soon as they were open the following morning. We'll promptly send the cleaner back. The complex did not notify us of the pool closure until after the fact, and we're truly sorry as we would have communicated this much sooner. Your access instructions were emailed at 10:49AM on Wednesday prior to your arrival. We encourage guests to check their spam or junk mail folder if they don't see it in their inbox. Hello Kurt, We appreciate your feedback and apologize your stay didn't meet your expectations. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the views from this beautiful oceanfront condo. We always try to provide a starter kit for our guests which includes a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, roll of paper towels, hand soap in kitchen and baths and 1 dishwashing tab. However in our check-in documents we suggest purchasing extra items if you feel the starter kit will not suffice for your stay. As for the towels, our inspector immediately went to your unit to make sure you had plenty of towels, and was more than happy to go and purchase additional towels your family requested. We strive to make each and every one of our guests stay perfect. The Great Ocean Team
