I want to say terrible things about it so you don't want to stay and its always available for me!Truth is, the house is really good and so is the location. Easy access to everything properly on 30A. The beach is about a half mile walk (if that). No need to write a long review. Check marks in every box.

Loved the house and the location is perfect!! Super close to the beach and a great restaurant. House was also very clean, had everything you could want, including great parking in your own driveway, completely off the street. Garage was also full of all kinds of useful beach equipment (chairs, cart, boogieboards, etc.).

The property was exactly how it describes. It was an excellent stay in every way for a family of five couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our family getaway vacation. We will definitely be booking again.

Loved our stay in Santa Rosa Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just perfect for us. Two couples in the two bedrooms and the 10 year old in the bunk room. Great location with easy access to the beach. Also enjoyed Stinkys Fish Camp restaurant which was a short walk.

So close to a great beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay at this home. It was cleaned, but there were some dirty walls. The beds were a bit firm for us, but it was enough space for it family of 7. I was surprised that there were no basic ingredients in the home for cooking, like salt or anything. That was fine, I suppose. There is a crock pot and some pots and pans that are ok for cooking. There's a Walmart nearby (about 7 minutes away), so that's helpful to know. There are beach toys and chairs and umbrellas that we found very useful, and were so grateful to enjoy. The beach is so great and such a short walk. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a lovely time at leaning palms. The beds were comfy, the house had all the amenities as listed, it was clean, and the location can’t be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!

Great Location

Location was great! Beach access was so close and beach chair, bikes and kayaks were a plus. Lots of towels were provided.

Great rental property

Perfect size for 5 of us and could have fit 2 more. Very clean, updated and all needed amenities. Great location with a 1 minute walk to beach access and the beach is the best in the area. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Great location, plenty of room

But needs some TLC. Exterior looks quite aged by comparison to the pics but the house was really clean and offered plenty of room for my family of four. Rental company was great to work with as well.

It was super cute house, very comfortable and very close to the beach. We walked to several restaurants. Very quite at night. Large driveway. We will definitely be back.
