Great getaway

We enjoyed this house. The golf cart was awesome to have. House is close enough that our teenagers could walk to the beach. Super clean, great beds, looked exactly like the pictures. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Spot for a Relaxed Vacation

Fantastic location. Having a golf cart with the house rental for quick transport back and forth to multiple public beach access points was very nice.

We had a great week at this beach home! We loved the neighborhood and the great location with easy access to the beautiful beach! Would highly recommend you choose this home for your next vacation.

Spring break trip

Great location to relax with family and friends. Close to the beach, had a fun time with the LSV( golf cart).Good biscuit and grits at Stinkys Bait shack in am.

Relaxing Week

This house was perfect for our vacation. We wanted to just relax, have access to a pool and the beach as well as quick access to the beach towns of 30A. The best part about this house is the area (and the shower) as it is much less crowded near this area compared to Rosemary, Seaside and Alys beach but still only a few miles away. You also get a golf cart with the booking which added to the value of this rental. If you are looking to relax, have a great house, and still have quick access to the best beach towns of 30A then we recommend this 100%.

Fantastic

The 6-seat golf cart was one of our favorite parts of staying here. It made getting to Fort Panic Beach Access simple, and being so close to Stinky's Fish Camp was a huge bonus for dinner and drinks after a day at the beach. Their food is soooo good. The home itself was very clean, newer, and well maintained. Beach Luxury Vacations was amazing, thank you all so much!! Between the golf cart and the pool this was a fantastic place to stay and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My family of 6 all had a fantastic holiday here. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Location is great for beach days and trips out for shopping. The kids especially enjoyed the bunk room. We are very pleased with the accommodations and would highly recommend. Having the golf cart was extra fun as well. Thank you for having us!!

Girls weekend

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. The house was clean and well stocked. We opted to walk to get coffee instead of taking the golf cart. It's a short walk to get a breakfast nibble and coffee, the beach is across the street from the restaurant. The showers all had good water pressure and the beds are comfy. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

Great home, super clean, convenient location, nice and quiet neighborhood. Just as described, if not better. Walking distance to nice beach or a 3 minute cart ride if you are bringing more than a couple chairs. Walking distance to Stinky's Fish Camp (which we thought was not bad but just ok). Everything was easy, we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location! The home was immaculate with plenty of room for sleeping and sitting around with the family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Excellent communication with Beach Luxury Vacations. There are 3 beach accesses close to the property and the community pool was within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Our accommodations were perfect and exactly as described by Luxury Beach Vacations! The process was very easy from booking to departure. Communication was always quick and efficient. This was our first time vacationing in this area of FL and Luxury Beach Vacations made the process seamless. We had an amazing time with our family and will be returning!

A great stay

House is close to beach but access parking for car or golf cart is very small. Great furniture and set up! Needs darker window treatments- too bright in morning and not dark enough for napping. Overall a great stay and beautiful house!

“Absolutely incredible stay at this beach house! The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and their attention to detail truly made this feel like a home away from home. The beds are super comfortable with nice linens. The included golf was a huge bonus We loved the location, quick walk or golf cart ride to Stinky's, one of the top restaurants on 30A. Can't wait to book again—this place is a gem!”

Coastal Gem

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the best time at this 3-bedroom beach house! The space was perfect for our family, and the kids absolutely loved the bunk room—they turned it into their little hideaway. Everything was super clean and comfortable, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy our vacation. The golf cart was a huge bonus. It was only a quick two-minute ride to the beach, so getting the kids and all our stuff to the sand was a breeze. We also loved how close it was to restaurants and shops, but the house itself still felt peaceful and private. This was one of our favorite family beach vacations yet. It's such a great spot for a coastal getaway. We're already planning to come back and definitely recommend this beach house for anyone looking for a family-friendly stay by the water.

Nice house, neighborhood pool is horrible

Home was nice, well appointed, not a bad walk or short golf cart ride to the beach. Get to the beach early in season since there aren’t a lot of parking spots. There is a neighborhood pool a short walk from the house, but it is horrible. The deck was often dirty, needs landscaping, and several chairs were broken.

Relaxing visit- felt like home

We stayed in Serenity Seaside Dunes in early June 2025 for 6 nights. It was very clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of kitchenware, 4 beach chairs, and a boogie board, as well as little things such as extra dryer sheets and salt/pepper. The 6 seat golf cart was wonderful for going to the beach. My sister and our teenage/adult daughters had a wonderful stay! I love going on vacation and being able to actually relax. This house gave us plenty of room to spread out and have some time to ourselves after days at the beach. We enjoyed playing games and watching movies in the large living room area which had plenty of room to seat all of us. Highly recommend!
