Loved the condo, beautiful view and great location. They show pics of having loungers and umbrellas, and yes they do provide both , but umbrellas were not installed and we had no way to properly secure a umbrella in the sand. We were on the second floor, and could hear everyone moving around above us, you might look into a 3rd floor unit if you think that would concern you. Charming place to stay on the Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Mainsail Inn was perfect. Right on the beach. The pool area was well maintained except for the grilling station sink. It was filthy. The location on the island was close to shopping, restaurants, and the trolley. The only problem was that when we wanted to use the kayaks or bikes no one was ever around in the office.

We had a fabulous stay! The unit was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of linens, and the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. And the million-dollar views were absolutely incredible!The location was fantastic, and the property was beautifully maintained. Claudia was exceptional! She was incredibly personable and accommodating and truly went above and beyond. She even came down to the beach to help us with our umbrella when we were struggling with the anchor. That personal touch meant so much!If I were to offer one small suggestion, it would simply be to consider a slightly larger-capacity washer and dryer at some point, particularly since the unit accommodates six guests and beach towels can add up quickly. It certainly didn’t take away from our stay, but it might be a nice convenience for future guests.Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. Thank you to the Mainsail team, and especially Claudia, for making our trip so wonderful!

A perfect mini honeymoon

We stayed at Mainsail for 3 nights and it was perfect. Beautiful apartment, location and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be returning!

Great location

Awesome beachfront condo

This condo exceeded our expectations by far! The condo was amazing and had a beautiful view of our private beach. I cannot say enough about the staff. Rhoda and Matthew were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this condo.

We enjoyed afternoons watching dolphins and manatees beachside and evening sunset from our deck. The unit was perfect for us. Loved it and we will be back next year.

The iron had no cover where you fill it up with that leaked out on the clothes. The ironing board is extremely low grade that when you ironed a shirt on the narrow end you had to hold it up. The couch needs to be cleaned.

Family vacation simplified

We are a family of four and have done many types of vacations, from fast paced theme parks to various beaches. Staying ocean front at Mainsail Beach inn is a trip we have already planned to repeat because of the simplicity and ease it brings for a beach vacation. Being able to have multiple members of our family at different points of the property (beach, condo, pool) and yet still in such close proximity is a Godsend for our family. I am very picky when it comes to rentals and Mainsail was very clean, with high quality furnishings and facilities. Having property managers on site makes a big difference for small issues that arise (Rhoda and Matthew were great). Nothing beats being able to walk out your door onto the beach and having chairs right there for you. We will be back!

Best Vacation Place on AMI!

During the restoration process, we stayed at the Mainsail for a few weeks. Our unit was spacious, very clean, Gulf front and full of beautiful sunsets every evening. Matthew, the property manager, went out of his way every day to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I can't say enough good things about Matthew and his staff!! The property was in great shape and any signs of hurricane damage had been fully repaired. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a relaxing vacation with outstanding service and Gulf views!!!

When we arrived the condo was supplied with everything you needed to start your trip. I used grocery delivery from Publix. (Wow- fastest delivery I’ve ever had). Prior to arriving we used Beach Bums to set up beach chair and bike delivery. Next year we won’t have bikes delivered bc Main Sail has plenty to use. The condo also came with a beach umbrella so leave that off the list too. Can’t wait to go back next year! Missing the amazing sunsets!
