Reviewer Comments: Phenomenal property.. this was out third stay there this year.. great beach right outside your front door.. best location on the island between Anna Maria and easy access off the island to Longboat Keys.. yiu in the middle so one can leave the parking lot and get the best of both worlds. The hotel could not be beat at any level..

Everything about the listing was true. Great location, fabulously nice employees. Truly enjoyed our time. Amenities are fantastic. We had a great stay!!

Beautiful sunsets and location.

This was the perfect property for our long weekend trip. But would be even better for a longer stay. So many amenities to use on the beach and do around the island. We loved taking the bikes out also. We will definitely be coming back.

Right on the Beach, beautiful room complete with all needed supplies in full sized kitchen. Extremely friendly staff, always asking if everything is ok. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas setup every morning for free use, as well as paddle boards and kayaks. Will be back soon!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Unit 2, beachfront, main floor 2/2. Everything was wonderful! Matthew and Rhoda were fantastic hosts. Location is incredible, right on the beach, between the two main pier restaurant/shop areas. We loved riding the bikes and using the paddleboards. The chairs and umbrellas were perfect for everyday use and it was nice to have to pool for a dip when we had enough salt water! We would 100% stay here again!

Steps to the beach. The unit has everything you need. It was also very clean. Matthew greeted us upon arrival. He was extremely kind and happy to assist with any needs. We were impressed by his level of customer service. I can tell he is a huge asset to that business.

Reviewer Comments: For my husband and I, It was the most perfect location and offered everything possible to make it easy to enjoy our vacation.For starters we were assigned our own parking space. In the Unit we chose we were supplied with all the basics and beyond. Small swimming pool with comfy lounge chairs around it. A nice gas grill.Floaties for the kids. Bike rental,kayaks.I could go on but Mainsail has more information on their sight. Also, it was never crowded on the beach. All in all it was a WONDERFUL place to just unwind.
