Fremragende Ocean Front Condo med 3 soveværelser 2 badeværelser på Colony Reef Club

Denne smukke condo er for nylig blevet renoveret med opdaterede møbler. Det ligger i stueetagen i slutningen af bygningen, så det er meget privat med direkte havudsigt. Gå lige ud af din dør direkte til strandbroen og kun få skridt væk fra havnebassinet og legepladsen. Stueetagen betyder aldrig at gå til eller venter på en elevator. Køkkenet har granit bordplader, rigelig skabsplads og fuldt udstyret til at være vært for en familie til stranden ferie af deres drømme. Der er en konge seng i mesteren, dronning seng og enkeltseng (opdateret billede snart at komme) i gæst soveværelset og to tvillinger i det mindre tredje soveværelse. Der er også en fuld størrelse sovesofa i stuen til ekstra sovende. Dette condo har helt nye fladskærms-tv i stuen, master og gæstesoveværelse. Nyd havbrisen fra den store gårdhave. Det er kun et minuts gang til stranden gangbro over klitterne til den sandstrand.

Beliggende på Solen kyssede Atlanterhavskysten og i nærheden af den historiske St. Augustine, landets ældste by, lejligheden giver rig mulighed for underholdning og afslapning. Nærliggende attraktioner vrimler, fremhævet af Anastasia State Park, Alligator Farm, Flagler College og St. Augustine Premium Outlets Mall. Colony Reef er cirka en times kørsel fra Jacksonville, Gainesville og Daytona Beach lufthavne, en time og en halv fra Orlando lufthavn og 20 minutter fra Marineland (Swim With Dolphins) og World Golf Village, herunder Golf Hall of Fame.

ALSO, THE CLEANING COMPANY NEEDS TO CLEAN THE FRONT LOAD WASHER BETTER. IT WAS MOLDED AND SMELT MUSKY! YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN ON THOSE WASHING MACHINES TO DRY OUT IN BETWEEN LOADS. ALSO THE DRAIN FOR THE WASHING MACHINE IS NOT GOOD.

Relaxing Vacation with Easy Access to Beach

The 3rd bedroom is very small, and really only holds the two twin beds but it worked fine for our teen boys. Lovely and peaceful view from patio and a super easy walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. We enjoyed playing pickle ball and the pool too. Highly recommend!

June in St Augustine

It is a great location on the water and on the first floor, so we didn't have to use elevators to lug things upstairs. the third bedroom was really too small for adult size people. We managed as I couldn't find a bigger unit on the beach. Loved sitting outside enjoying the beautiful view.I would recommend better curtains, as soon as the sun was up, it was way too bright in the den and master bedroom. Very nice condo! Had a great time on the beach!

very nice ocean front stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we really enjoyed staying at colony reef and the location and view are wonderful. We had 6 adults and 1 child and it was a bit crowded the 3rd bedroom is really only suitable for kids it is closet sized. the only other negative was they didn't have screens on the 2 sliders or back windows and in the wonderful weather we wanted the fresh sea air to come inside. Also bugs were an issue I woke up with a huge centipede in my bed after it bit me and was also bit by a spider in the condo. But overall a very nice condo with pretty updates and furniture will go back again!

Great Location but Condo left a lot to be Desired

Reviewer Comments: The photos make this condo look amazing but in person the condo was less than desirable. It definitely was not clean. There were dirty marks on the walls, dead bugs, a dead lizard behind one of the beds, the furniture was so worn and dirty that we purchased sheets to put over them so they were comfortable. We also had several live roaches while we stayed there. The drawers that the silverware and cooking utensils were in were also not clean. We moved to this condo when we received a call from management in September that the original condo we booked in April was no longer available. At that time there were very few condos available. In addition to the condo's condition, the pool had a problem which needed repaired and it was marked off in one area. All of this is a shame because the location is fabulous, right on the beautiful beach and close to St. Augustine. When I informed the rental office of our displeasure upon check out, they did refund a sizable cleaning fee and said that they would have come out and cleaned if we had informed them earlier. In my opinion that would have been disruptive to our time there and should have been done prior to renting the condo to us. I doubt they would have washed walls and cleaned drawers and they could not have replaced worn furniture, I don't believe.

Wonderful vacation.,, loved this place

We spent a half a day in the historic town of Saint Augustine, which was wonderful. We also went to the alligator farm which was fabulous. We ate at Salt Life one day. It was great and there were food trucks at Colony Reef to make things easier on us for other meal alternatives. The location was perfect in every way. The only suggestions I can make about the unit itself was it could’ve used a dehumidifier as it smelled kind of musty, and they definitely need to update their silverware. They were only a few forks and they were all of “camping” caliber. Our unit also indicated we would have an electric grill which was missing but the office indicated we could have gone to them and they would have given us a grill to use during our stay. I also think they should allow more than one towel per person. We knew to bring beach towels, but really needed a couple more bath towels. These things are very minor compared to the absolute perfection of the vacation in general. Our first time to Saint Augustine and we will definitely be going back and we would definitely like to stay at colony reef! Thank you so much

Family Beach Week!

Also convenient to parking with its location on the ground level! The updates in this unit were nice with front loading washer/dryer and a more open kitchen area than we have seen in other units at Colony Reef. The couch was very comfy and the dining table a great size for a crowd. Some not-so-great aspects: there were some cleanliness issues in bathrooms (hair in tub, greasy/smeared mirrors). The linens on beds didn’t fit well. And the master bed mattress was broken in one side. Broken lamp in bedroom. However, despite those issues- we had a great time calling this place home for the week.

Never Again!

The sheets and bedspread felt as old as the condo and I hated sleeping in them. We had maintenance there for different things... the sliding door would not close, no hot water, etc. I would not stay there again. We were told that the owner was selling and didn't want to fix anything up!!! Don't rent it then...

Beautiful location, bare essentials

The beachfront and decor was great but several other issues.We’ve stayed in different places for 15 years in St Augustine this was my least favorite due to the following:Sheets didn’t fit the master bed. It was a king and sheets were for a queen. So when you roll over the mattress is exposed. Kids twin beds had mold spots and leftover dried food on them. Condo came with only ONE dish towel and dish washing cloth. No beach towels and barely enough bath towels for everyone. Dirty floor and dead bugs by master sliding doors. Sun rises right into the master and no blinds on the sliding doors so there’s no sleeping in once sun rises. The washing machine pooped out on us the night before leaving so I have to hand ring out all of our clothes at 11pm.The internet box wasn’t plugged in when we arrived so we had to search for it and plug in router. The remote control was found under the side table.There were dirty silverware in the drawer. Not spots but actual food on them. Comb webs and dried worms on the balcony.I’m thinking someone had to rush out of the condo and things just weren’t cleaned before we came. We’ve stayed here in a different unit and it was great but this condo just didn’t meet basic standards unfortunately.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Unit was very clean and nicely decorated. You could see the ocean from the living room. The sunrise was beautiful.
