CRC 2412 - Ocean View Condo Perfect for the Entire Family

Under new ownership! Enjoy the wonderful view of the courtyard, pool, and ocean from this newly renovated and new to the rental program 4th floor condo. The spacious living room has plenty of seating for the whole family and the dining room table comfortably seats 6. The newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped for a stay of any length and is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a renovated en suite bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds and the third bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest,” has two twin beds.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Especially while on vacation, having that extra hour in the evening to relax by the pool would be such a nice touch!Overall, an excellent experience and an easy 10/10 recommendation. Very nice, clean kept gated property. Indoor pool was nice to have for those afternoon Florida showers a couple of days. Great outdoor pool just off the beach access which never seemed to crowded because of the size. The property does have 3 buildings which set up into a U shape, so I think every room has a view of the ocean. This also puts a huge courtyard area in the middle of the buildings which was full of kids our week playing volleyball, wiffle ball, corn hole, etc. Our room was nothing short of fantastic. Clean upon arrival and had everything needed for the week at the beach. Great outside patio area with very nice upgraded patio furniture. Loved being on the fourth floor at the far end of the building to help with view of ocean. Love St. Augustine and the small beach town vibe it has.

Wonderful Family-oriented Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 4th or 5th time to stay at Colony Reef Club. I've stayed several times with adult friends, and several times with grandchildren. The community is very safe (codes at the street and the beach for property access), well run, and issues are addressed right away. It's a wonderful place and we plan to return next year. This was our first time during summer months, and the addition of food trucks around the pool and Movie Night for the kids on the lawn was a lovely touch.Each time we have dashed into St Augustine for short trips - putt putt, the Pirate Ship Adventure, Ripley's, shopping, but they are all close by so it doesn't take away much Beach Time. The beach here is lovely, white sand, wide beach, slow incline to the sea so rip currents aren't AS big a factor as they are in Daytona. The beach is patrolled.

Stay here! It’s the best!

This complex is one of the best to stay at in the beach area. It has a wonderful pool access to the beach and the units all have an amazing view. We loved the unit- it was modern & clean & amazing. The beds were super comfortable.

The property is easy to get to and check in was easy. The unit was nice and comfortable. The only negative was the shower in the master bath which needed some extra cleaning

Yes, unfortunately the entire property is smoke free, but we are oceanfront so you can always walk the short distance to the beach to smoke if that's your thing. I am sorry some of the dishes we not cleaned when you first used them. As of July 2024 the owner has replaced the dishwasher, so you should not have any issues with anymore dirty dishes. The room was nice and updated, the beach was beautiful, and the staff was exceptional.We enjoyed the modern kitchen, leather couch and chairs, and the hardwood look. The beach was very wide and flat with plenty of space. The ocean was clean looking and we saw dolphins a couple of days. We had outstanding service and communication with the front staff! I called after my son left his clothes in the dresser. The clothes were located, shipped back to me, and I even received a follow up call from Housekeeper, Charlene, making sure we received the packages.I almost forgot, the tennis court/pickle ball courts were a huge bonus! Also the security guard and gated entrance was a plus.I can’t say enough good things about Colony Reef. I can’t wait to go back!

Vacation 2021

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at Colony Reef Club. Such a good time spending the week with family. The only thing I would say is if you want to drive in the beach in front of resort you will need 4 wheel drive. It's not a bad walk to the beach although if you plan on using a wagon to haul your stuff be prepared to have help lifting it up the stairs to the board walk to the beach. Don't understand why there is not a ramp instead of stairs, would be difficult for people with handicap.
