Actually we did bring more garbage bags out to you. We remind that trash goes out on Thursday by email but isnt a requirement as we pick up trash after your stay. You are told that we provide first rounds of products then you would need to purchase extra. Also we cant control when the condo cuts the grass.

Teresa, Your review of two stars does not reflect the property you stayed in or the property manager. You were informed that the pool was closed due to maintenance and although we anticipated the opening of the pool during your stay that did not happen due to supply chain issues and getting parts needed. You were also adequately refunded for not having the use of the pool. You have no basis for your negativity.

Thank you for letting us know about some of the unit issues and that there are items that need our attention. We do try to reassess our units every year, but sometimes we miss things. As per the balcony and electrical concern, we are looking into this issue and hope to resolve it promptly and accurately. As a small veteran and locally owned business, we strive to provide timely information for all our units if conditions change. The condo association notified us of the pool closure and we immediately sent out messages to everyone that had reservations during that timeframe. You agreed that the pool closure was a disappointment, but you were okay with still staying in the unit at a discounted rate. Upon that agreement we discounted the unit for you before your stay, if the money was not properly refunded to your account, please notify us immediately. We are sorry that your experience at didn’t quite match your expectations and if you read our other reviews we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers.
