Great stay to end the summer with! Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and of course ice cream. The location was right next to the pool. The property is on the beach side and a tiny walk through the complex to the beach. We had everything we needed in the condo. Quite clean and comfortable. We would stay again! Thank you for sharing your sweet home with us!

The location is great! The place is a little older but is well cared for. We could only see the pool from our townhouse, but the beach was an easy walk away. I love that there were so many fun beach toys in the garage. Having the garage was very nice. Being able to bring our fur babies was amazing although they did not appreciate the beach. lol.

Liked this property - pet friendly and even though this unit is on the back side of the complex, it is an easy walk to the beach and the back side is convenient for dog owners since that is where the dog walk area is located. Complex has the feel of being lived-in rather than full of only short term renters, which is nice. The garage is a real plus for parking and beach item storage, and is a perk you don’t see in many beach condos. Condo’s features were as advertised and has most items you need even a step beyond the usual basics (there was cooking oil and basic spices, even things like laundry detergent, extra dog bowls, and a slow cooker!). Walking to minigolf/ice cream next door was nice, and dog friendly Beachcomber restaurant just 10 min walk away. I would stay again if in the area.

Great property and location!

Property and condo was absolutely amazing. Location to nearby areas and the beach was awesome. Condo was spotless and had everything you needed in case you forgot something. Would definitely come back again to this property!

Property is well kept. Location is great. It would be nice to have a ramp instead of stairs for beach access. Difficult to bring carts up and down the stairs.

Relaxing getaway

Exceptional rental. It was a turn key place, there was nothing we wanted for. Even provided bikes and water toys, beach towels. Everything you might need. There was plenty to do or just chill like we did. Would definitely stay here again!

A great stay!

The condo was incredibly clean! Updated very nicely, plenty of towels, comfortable beds and sofas. Had everything we could need including beach chairs, pool noodles, etc. The location is perfect! Just a hair past all of the restaurants and stores so it's quiet but close enough to the action. The complex is clean and well maintained. Easy access to the beach! I have no complaints! We all had a wonderful stay!

Great location with the following plus'- close to the pool- pet friendly - lots of vacation toys (bikes, beach toys, etc)- close to mini golf- has a garage- close to restaurants A few things could be improved- Bed in the primary bedroom needs a better mattress- Insufficient means of disposing of trash, no dumpster either. - Could use a few more sets of bathroom towels.

Having to decide between a moldy shower or a rusty shower, should not be a thing. This unit desperately needs a good cleaning and some caulk at the barest of minimums. Seriously, the amount of dust and grime on the fan chain over the dining room table was excessive. That happened over many, many years of not being cleaned. It is only a two star because of the use of pool and the location to the beach.

Beautiful location, wonderful time!

Overall, our stay was very pleasant & comfortable. We loved that it is pet friendly! When we first arrived, in the evening, the A/C did not work & the upstairs bath was clogged. We notified the property manager the next morning & both were in working order the same day. The only complaint is that, from the photos, we thought there was a bathroom insuite with the Master Bedroom. But we easily adjusted our routines & everything worked out fine. The walk to the beach was very short. I do recommend asking the building manager fix the end of the boardwalk as there is a large gap between it & the ground making the transition very difficult. The beach access was very beautiful & not crowded at all. We had a wonderful time enjoying the sun & the ocean each day! And the location of the condo was accessible to plenty of activities & great food choices!! We would stay here again!

Great Condo next to the beach!

The title says it all. My family and I had a great time staying at this condo. Plus it was pet friendly! Short walk to the beach and great food options in the area. We definitely recommend it!
