Thank you for staying with us! The initial "musty smell" may have been from the carpets being cleaned just prior to your stay. We're happy to hear you loved the home and hope you'll stay again.

Thank you for staying with us! Although the frame on the sofa was broken, we made sure it was still usable and comfortable while we waited for the new sofa and love seat on order... and they have arrived! The home has some updated kitchen items as well. Having a private hot tub to soak away days of fun, comfortable beds and a perfect location have made this space a guest favorite. Overall, it is a spacious and comfortable option for a Park City family get away.

We're so sorry to see a 1-star review for such a lovely home, especially knowing it is simply punitive. The home was fully cleaned, sanitized and made ready for the guest with photos and an inspection prior to check in. Unfortunately, the guest's behavior was rude, harassing and threatening with false allegations of issues at the home and demands for compensation. If as much effort was put into enjoying the home and the Park City getaway as was to gain undue refunding, the guest would have had an amazing stay. This home has so much to offer with its space, amenities and perfect location. We hope this guest's sour demeanor will not deter future guests from enjoying a sweet vacation in this lovely home!

Thank you for staying at our Bear Hollow 5478 home! We're happy to hear you had a wonderful family vacation.

We're glad you stayed with us, Kevin. We never heard from you during your stay. Our housekeeping company has a 100% guarantee so if there's ANY cleanliness issues, we would have sent them back immediately to fix the issues. We also would appreciate an email explaining what's broken as we have been in the home and no furniture was broken or in disrepair. It's important to report things when you find them since we don't stay in the home and don't always know when things break. We provide enough towels and washcloths for one per guest. There's a washer/dryer available in the home for your convenience. This home has never had an unhappy renter before and we regret you had a less-than-perfect experience. We would have happily remedied any issues if you had let us know when you were staying there.

Thank you for staying with us, William. The home owner recently added many new items and new linens and towels to the home. It is in great shape! If there were any cleaning items of concern, we would have been happy to send a cleaner in to ensure your satisfaction. With rising heat, it is very typical for a basement level to be cooler than an upstairs level. The good news is that the lower level of this home has a warm, cozy fireplace for cool evenings. It's a great way to add warmth and ambiance! We hope you enjoyed the mountain views from the private hot tub and the amazing community amenities (fire pit, walking trails, fitness center and more!). We'd be happy to host you again any time. Kimberley Blocker, Moose Management Vacation Rentals, Park City, UT

Thank you for staying with us! We're glad you enjoyed the spaciousness of the home. We just began management of this home and you were our first guests! Prior to your stay, the carpets were professionally cleaned and the home, itself, was provided with a deep clean to prepare for guests. Pets are not allowed at this home. It is possible that shedding from a jute rug may have appeared to be what was believed to be pet hair. We will certainly verify. We hope you enjoyed the views from the private hot tub on the upper deck and the cozy fireplaces in the main living room and lower den. This is a lovely home and Bear Hollow is the perfect location being on the free shuttle route and less than 5 minutes to skiing. Please look us up when planning your next Park City get-away. We'd be happy to host you any time! Kimberley Blocker, Moose Management Vacation Rentals, Park City, UT
