The home was very comfortable, very clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. As others said, it felt like being at home. It was walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Parking in front was no problem. Communication with the host was excellent. We especially liked going to La Costa, a neighborhood coffee place, which was close by and had good food and coffee, and ambiance. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Patty was very responsive and greated us at arrival. The house is in a convenient location, walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, with ample street parking. It was clean and comfortable. There are two tables to eat/work, which I consider a rare find. A great place to stay in Sac.

Synes godt om: Området
Our host, Patty, made her VRBO very welcoming. Any questions I asked were promptly answered. The location was perfect for visiting my relatives in other parts of the Sacramento area. I really enjoyed the kitchen, which allowed me to cook for my family. Sometime I haven't been able to do on other visits. The neighborhood had a warm, friendly feel to it. I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening and watching people walk by, walking their dog, etc. I hope to rent this same place when I return to Sacramento to visit family and friends. Oh, really enjoyed the Midtown Farmer's Market on Saturday morning. Thank you Patty, for making our stay so comfortable.

Delightful Stay

The host of this cozy home was very thoughtful and responsive to all inquiries. The home was very welcoming and clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very quiet neighborhood, except for trash pick-up and occasional train noise.

Great location

We came and stayed at Patty’s for the GoldenSky Music Fest. The location was great, within walking distance to different restaurants and bars. The neighbors were fun and full of information about the area. Patty is seriously one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She communicated great and even mailed back to us an earring that was left behind. I will definitely stay at Patty’s place again.

Excellent property

A great, completely furnished place that is absolutely immaculate. You could come here with just the clothes on your back and you would have everything that you need. (Though I wouldn't recommend it). The host communicates promptly and completely. Next time I come back to Sacramento I hope this property is available

Great location and host.....

My family and I stayed at Patty's for 5 weeks. Patty was a great host, safe location, and we had almost everything we needed. What I mean by this is that by the 3rd week the washer stopped working - the spin cycle had issues (Patty had previously indicated that certain wash cycles were having trouble with the spin cycle). One of the reasons I chose Patty's place was for the washer/dryer, it was unfortunate that it stopped working. If the washer is one of the reasons you select Patty's place, please ask if the washing machine is in working order. If it were not for this issue, I would have given Patty's place a 5.

Perfect location for any stay in Sacramento, period!

I stayed with my family of 6 and can say that everything was perfect. Everything was clean and neatly organized. Getting into the house was a breeze. Although it is street parking we didn't have any issues with getting a spot right in front every time we came home. The house is perfectly located in midtown so you can easily walk to some very nice restaurants/bars. It also provides easy access to all of the freeways in the area. I grew up in Sacramento and can tell you this is a perfect spot to stay. The neighborhood is nice and the house itself is charming. Patricia made the stay great by having the house ready for us very early, having tons of clean towels, bedding, pillows, seating, etc. She has done a great job setting this quaint little house up in midtown Sacramento. You have wifi, direct TV, and all the amenities you need in a house to make it a home for a short or long stay. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect place to call home while vacationing. Thanks Patty!

Wonderful Home!

I spent two weeks in Patty's home and couldn't have been happier. She has thought of every little thing a traveler away from home might need and more. She even left snacks and a nice bottle of wine for me when I arrived! The house is in a lovely, quiet area of midtown. Very close to McKinley Park, which I walked to often. Safeway grocery store with a Starbucks inside is about a mile away; easy drive. Freeway access is even closer. Parking on the street is ample; never had any issues with parking. The house is very cozy and comfortable and the heater and air conditioner work great. My daughter visited often and there was plenty of room for her and her friends. We also enjoyed using the bbq in the backyard. Patty is a wonderful owner who is only a text away if you need her. I will be returning to Sacramento often, and hope to stay at Patty's home whenever I can.

Thank you again for hosting us Patty. Your place was exactly what we needed for our stay in Sacramento. It is truly a home away from home not just another cookie-cutter rental. We appreciated the waters in the refrigerator and the fully stocked kitchen. We appreciated your communication about check-in and check out. We appreciated the first aid kit when we needed a Band-Aid and all the little things that makes a home away from home great. Thank you again.

Outstanding Home away from Home

Comfortable, well appointed home in a lovely, tree lined neighborhood. Well located in mid-town and very walkable. It was a great location for us when we visit our daughter and family. Patty, our host, was wonderful!
