Villaen ligger 20 min. fra Dubrovnik lufthavn og 10 min. fra centrum af Dubrovnik.
Smuk sandstrand er cca. 7 minutters gang fra villaen. I nærheden findes gode restauranter og barer. Villa har privat port, og det er på 2000 m2 ejendom.
Villa har alle faciliteter til at fuldføre enhver feriedrøm.

The villa was exactly as described, the whole place was simply brilliant, but as a family of 9 with 3 small children the poolArea was simply perfect. No steps, grass and a sports court where the children spent many an hour playing sports. Nikolina the host is excellent, probably the best host we have had in quite a few years, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely rebook this villa as the price is very good compared to villas in other parts of Europe, great place, wished we could have stayed for longer, Nikolina thank you from our family

Fabulous stay in Mlini

Beautiful property. Great location. Easy walk to the beach and water taxi to Cavtat and Dubrovnik All the comforts of home with the extravagance of vacation. The pool was beautiful. This was perfect for families or several couples. Nikolina was an awesome host. We are looking forward to returning.

Fantastic Villa

Great property, modern and clean, with great plumbing and facilities. Beds very comfortable and large enough to share with a friend- separate duvets. Fantastic pool and outdoor area to enjoy the heat. Only 7k from Dubrovnik so easy to Uber in. Local area has good shopping and a beach. Supermarket a short distance away. The best Villa we have stayed in to date- have been going away every year for 12 years Fantastic

amazing

nikolina is a great host. no matter what time you contact her, she organizes everything you want. We'd love to come back. and for the house the price is unbeatable. It is a very neat and modern house in a good location.

A beautiful vacation in Dubrovnik ates

We were met by a charming host with fresh fruits and liquor. given a complete explanation of the layout and of the sorrounding areas. We were frequently checked to see if any additional help we as needed and even payed our parking ticket at the last moment. We highly recommend her villa .

Gorgeous house in Mlini, 15 minutes from Old town

We had a great time in Dubrovnik and especially enjoyed staying at Villa Luce. It was an amazing property, perfect for a family to relax and enjoy the quiet of the area. There are amazing local restaurants nearby and a bakery and a grocery store. We also did a Catamaran trip arranged by Nikolina, our hostess. She is very knowledgeable about the area and is very friendly and accommodating. The only thing we would say is if you want to go to the old town everyday, the ubers can get expensive...but all in all being a little bit away from the town was a plus as there is no parking at all once you reach that area.

We are happy to add our review to the many excellent reviews of Host Nikolina and her Villa Luce. It starts with Nikolina-a woman who was raised within walking distance of the Villa. Whatever she says or suggests or recommends-TRUST her 100 per cent. She arranged a boat excursion for our group of 12 that included my wife, 2 daughters and sons-in-law and 6 grandchildren that one grandchild described as “the best day I ever had.” She also arranged an excursion into the Pelješac Peninsula among other things. It was all superb and gave us a blueprint to experience the Dubrovnik area like a local. Simply trust her! Now the Villa-it was absolutely perfect for our group. Well maintained with air conditioning throughout the Villa and outdoor space that includes a badminton and pickleball court that is highlighted by a kid friendly pool that can also be enjoyed by adults. There was a very famous person who stayed at the Villa that you should ask her about. The Villa is an Oasis! The coast line of the area from Cavtat in the south to Dubrovnik and beyond reminds of the Amalfi Coast and Cinque Terre in Italy. A photo awaits each glance. The nearest beach (Srebreno) is a 10-15 minute walk and from there you can even take a ferry to the Old Port in Dubrovnik. I could go on and on with my praise. Read the other reviews as well. You’ll love staying here with family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Luce & Nikolina is the best host ever!

The villa has everything you need and is well situated for the local bars and restaurants, as well as the water taxis to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. All of the restaurants recommended by Nikolina were excellent, even the pizza delivery! Our best day was the Catamaran trip arranged by Nikolina, the lunch on the island of Sipan was truly amazing. Nikolina is super helpful and a really lovely lady. Nothing is too much trouble, she just wants to make you happy and have a fantastic holiday, which we most definitely did. We will be back!

Wonderful

All of us loved our stay at Villa Luce and our whole vacation in Croatia! The house is perfect, the garden and pool area is a an oasis of peace and calm that is lovely to come back to after visiting all the beautiful places around or to even just to spend all day relaxing watching the swallows flying around the pool, the garden is lovely, big and private with lot's of of olive trees, just so peaceful. Nikolina the owner is wonderful and so helpful with everything. Mlini the small town a short walk away is full of charm and there are endless things to do. We did a sunset buggy ride to see Dubrovnik, jet skiing in Mlini, boat tour of Elaphiti Islands, wine tasting on the Pelješac Peninsula, toured Kotor and Perast, old town Dubrovnik, all very beautiful places. Thank you Nikolina, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful villa fabulous host

What a fantastic place to stay for a large group such as ours. We were celebrating a long overdue birthday originally booked for 2021 but postponed due to Covid. The villa is absolutely beautiful with plenty of room for all of us. Lovely pool with plenty of space for outside entertaining and lounging by the pool. What really made out v trip special was Nikolina who could not have been more helpful from arranging our pick up at the airport to a wonderful boat trip, chef in the villa etc., Beautiful Dubrovnik is just a few miles away and can be reached by bus, taxi or water taxi. Local shops & a baker - turn right out of villa immediately left up little lane right again and you will be at bakery in 5-10 mins supermarket across road. Bigger supermarket is left, & left again about 15 mins away and also this takes you down to water-front. Highly recommend this lovely villa - we will return

A sanctuary away from the crowds

Villa Luce is like having a private retreat! Having never been to Dubrovnik before we were unaware of how crowded and congested it can be, especially during peak travel months. The location of Villa Luce was so perfect for enjoying the city but then having down time. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and with its own pool and badminton court we enjoyed mornings lounging poolside and relaxing. The property is perfectly designed to host travelers. 4 upstairs bedrooms all with private baths and balconies as well as a main level bedroom with its own bath as well. Our host Nikolina could not have been more communicative or helpful. We didn’t realize she could also make transportation arrangements for us - which I would recommend to anyone staying at a Villa Luce and wanting to go into Dubrovnik. Everything was clean and fresh with every amenity we needed. It’s a beautiful home and we would absolutely stay again!! Thank you Nikolina!

Birthday holiday heaven

This was the most amazing holiday ever. The Villa is wonderful, and Nikolina the host is incredibly helpful as well being a lovely person. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We felt like celebrities. I cannot recommend the place highly enough. If you can, have the private chef, Nick, he’s amazing. Thank you, Nikolina, for the best birthday EVER x

Super villa with gorgeous swimming pool.

Excellent location for relaxing and chilling out and just 11 kilometres from Dubrovnik. Really enjoyed the pool and playing badminton. The open space kitchen is fully equipped. Wonderful accommodation, has everything. Nikolina is a great host, so welcoming and helpful. Our stay was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much Nikolina.
