I'm sorry the futon was uncomfortable for you, we will absolutely look into ways to improve comfort. We will also look into improving the cable or streaming availability, thank you for that feedback. We do state on the listing that the unit does not have access to an elevator or laundry facilities but still I'm sorry that took away from your experience.
