Summary:

Unit 113 is a privately owned corner studio condo on the north end of the property. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views through large windows and from a ground-level patio, or use our easy, private beach access. This space features a King bed for up to 2 guests, a walk-in shower, 2 recliners instead of a loveseat, and full-sized appliances in the fully stocked kitchenette. The restaurants and activities within walking distance are new memories waiting to be made in this centrally located getaway!



The Space:

Unit 113 is a privately owned corner studio condo on the north end of the property. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views through large windows and from a ground-level patio, or use our easy, private beach access. This space features a King bed for up to 2 guests, a walk-in shower, 2 recliners instead of a loveseat, and full-sized appliances in the fully stocked kitchenette. The restaurants and activities within walking distance are new memories waiting to be made in this centrally located getaway!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



Please note: This is on the ground floor, but there is one large step into the unit; the front door threshold is not level with the parking lot.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Our room was described properly. The towels are like sandpaper, there was no drinks in the soda machine, no ice on property. Also, there is construction going on right outside our unit. I probably would’ve picked a different unit.

Unit needs significant updating! The unit looked clean when you walk in, just don’t look in corners or on top of anything. Sounded like the people above us were going to come through the roof. I emailed the host twice and texted but never got a response. It was great having a patio and being right on the beach but a window that opens would’ve been nice. Anything to get a cross breeze.

Nice to unwind

Loved the location and the ease of getting to the beach. We really loved the view and it was extra nice to sit in the hot tub each day.

Only issue was the code not working when we got there, had to get a back-up code. We loved having the recliners, instead of a sofa. Just a suggustion for the shower, maybe install a handheld showerhead, since there is a seat to sit on.

Just what the weary momma and daddy needed!!
