Very spacious and beautifully decorated property. Enjoyed being on the golf course and being able to watch the golfers. Very peaceful location. Also located not too far from the pool. Would definitely book this unit again.

My family and I stayed here for a basketball tournament. Our contact Jessica was very helpful. She answered all questions within 15 minutes.

I would stay here again. The only issue was that the towels were not clean looking and the dishes were not cleans

Not bad but could have been much better.

Room for improvement. Bathroom shower head was no good, plastic lining for shower was also missing and tub was clogged.

Short visit to Myrtle

Great condo and location. Great selection of utensils, dishes, and pans in kitchen. Lysol wipes were available, supply of paper products amd soaps was nice to have. Patio was nice spot to relax and enjoy the view of the golf course. The WiFi was not strong enough to support everyone at once. Shower was ok, could have been a bit hotter and stronger but overall was a great place for our trip.

Hi Tim, we're sorry to hear you experienced some issues at this property, and we appreciate you letting us know so that they can be addressed. We passed your feedback onto the homeowner, who would like to share the following: - We are sorry the condo was not ready upon arrival. We have started working with a new cleaning company, which should eliminate most of these issues. - We have also replaced the microwave, air filter, batteries, and any burnt-out light bulbs. - The door in the laundry area was replaced as well. We apologize for any inconvenience you felt, and we hope you will visit again to enjoy the five-star visit we strive to provide for every guest!

It was nice.

The only complaint I really we really had was, the combination lock on the door was not easy to work. Other then that we enjoyed our vacation.

Great location but the cleanliness was a huge turn off

Upon arrival the unto smelt like stale cigarettes and wet dog. After walking through the place just once all of our feet turned black because of how dirty the floors were. They owner did send the cleaning lady to re do to floors but it really didn’t do much. The refrigerator was missing the bottom shelf which made it hard to store things, the freezer wouldn’t remain shut, the dishwasher soap dispenser wouldn’t stay closed to be able to run a load of dishes, and after having the oven on for over an hour it still was on ore heat and never got to temp. The base boards were caked in dirt, there was crumb in the cracks on the coffee tables and furniture. We also discovered mold on both shower curtains in both bathrooms. Again the owner was very helpful in immediately sending someone to replace the curtains. My biggest issue is that we spent a lot of money to stay here for a week and it was split between 3 families. I was refunded a total of $195 which really didn’t change much. We still ended up paying a high price for a place that still needed much more attention even after our checkout. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. He works overseas so I think he definitely needs to look into hiring a new property management company.

Dear Brittany, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: "Brittany, thank you for your review. Again, I’m sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your stay, specifically the cleanliness. All of the things in question have already been addressed to my current cleaning company, including the management company. The condo has been thoroughly deep cleaned and the refrigerator shelf has been ordered and replaced. As you already said, the shower curtains were replaced immediately, and proper cleaning was reinforced. Again, I’m sorry for the disappointment and I hope you can consider another stay with us in the future!"

Great Place to Stay!

The place was fabulous! Very clean and well maintained. Location beautiful, situated on a quiet very peaceful golf course. We are sorry we couldn’t stay longer. The kitchen had everything you need. The only thing really important to be known ahead of time is to make sure you bring toilet tissue. We loved this place and are planning to come back again next year!
