This place is fantastic. Cristina is a great communicator. Was perfect for our group stay, it’s right on the beach and close to a ton of restaurants and bars.

The only good things were communication with Cristina and her sweet cleaning and maintenance staff. The host Claribel was rude and put off by any requests, including a broken fridge, clogged toilets and the need for more toilet paper, We were told to buy our own and that they were only supplying two rolls for each room for 7 days. We found the property worn down and not stocked properly at all for a VRBO, I always stay at VRBOs when out of the country, preferring them over resorts….sadly, I have never regretted the decision until this stay.

The location was wonderful with such easy direct access to the beach via the back gate. We felt very safe and were so well taken care of by the staff. We opted for the chef services and she is really incredible! Cristina, our host, was very responsive and a great communicator both before and through our stay. There was quite a bit of loud music into the early morning hours for two of the nights we stayed (over a holiday weekend) from the neighboring bar and hotel but it wasn’t an issue for the other three nights. Overall a fantastic experience for us and we would definitely recommend it.

August 13–23, 2026We traveled with 15 family members (8 adults and 7 grandchildren) to celebrate our 70th birthdays. Overall, the villa was lovely, clean, spacious, and well suited for our five families. Christina and her staff were pleasant and helpful, and the chef prepared excellent meals. The pool was great and well maintained, and the beach was easily accessible.Unfortunately, the property had several issues. The apartments were not adequately stocked with dishes, cookware, or working appliances; the internet was unreliable, TVs did not work, air conditioning was very loud, and the showers only had lukewarm water. The nearby beach restaurant also played loud music until midnight or later, which was difficult with young children.The biggest issue was a 28-hour power outage that left us with little to no electricity and no running water. At that point, we decided to leave early and move to a nearby hotel. VRBO handled the situation professionally and refunded us for three nights.With some updating and better maintenance, this property could be excellent. Unfortunately, the overall experience warranted 3 stars.

The stay was great and staff was friendly. There were some small issues that were quickly fixed (A/C not fully functioning in one room, quick hot water fix ) but nothing that was major or negatively impacted the stay. Location was great walking right out onto the beach with restaurants and shops. Cristina was an amazing host and always available with both resolutions and suggestions. Recommend this for a large group stay with a great layout and individual rooms for all.

Winter Vacation

The property and location are amazing. Walking right out onto the beach was key. Ana our chef made us 3 delicious meals everyday and was as cheerful as could be! The layout of the VIlla is perfect for a large family, you do not feel cramped and have plenty of private spot to retreat to and large pool/dining area for meals, conversation and games!

Girls Trip

We had an awesome bachelorette trip in Punta Cana at this house! The staff at the house was very kind and accommodating - they made sure we had everything we needed, coordinated for extra groceries to get delivered, and made sure we were safe. The communication with Cristina prior to the trip was a little delayed and we were stressed about the meals, but it ended up coming together and we very much enjoyed the chef.

The place looks just like the listing. It’s beautiful and when you open the back gate it’s right on the beach. It was a great size for our party of 20. We had a blast!! Only thing was that a couple of the showers were extremely hot and the temperature wasn’t regulating. It’s not ideal when it’s humid and hot. Some of the rooms were also not as nice as the photos, but they were manageable and okay to stay in. The property is also extremely difficult to find. We arrived at different times and for some of us it took 15 minutes of circling around before we found it. The property is tucked inside a back street. Shout out to chef margarita!! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. She and Luis made a feast for our big group every day. I recommend it for large groups celebrating. Every one of us had our own rooms and plenty of bathrooms.

We had 21 of us stay for a wedding celebration. Overall we had a great experience. The location of the villa is great and feels perfect for a big group. The chef and food was amazing and coordinated well and overall the staff was great! We all enjoyed that there are separate villas but it’s all connected to allow people to allow friends/familys their own space but also be on the group. Some of the kitchens were missing some cups and bowls and things but this is because they provide this in the main kitchen so it wasn’t really an issue. The pool and environment was great and although we had a power outage issue at the start of the trip, power was restored and the trip went smoothly afterwards. Thanks team!

Awesome home right off the beach!

We had an amazing time this past weekend at this villa! The check-in process was seamless, the house was VERY clean and the house staff kept the place SPOTLESS while we were there. We went during a time when the weather was pretty warm so the AC in the largest master bedroom at the top of the unit ran a little warm. Besides that we loved the location and hope to plan a trip back in the very near future!

Great first stay in the DR

We travelled from the US with 18 friends and had a great stay. We rented the entire Villa Long Beach. We were a little unclear in advance that there were separate apartments within the property. It is very centrally located and easy access to restaurants, mini-mart, boat trips, etc. We used the chef recommended by the property manager and LOVED the food and hospitality. The food/chef plans came together a little late but it was all great!!

Family week getaway

The property location is great right on the beach walk out the back onto sand. The villa is great divided into five two and three bedroom apts. property was clean. Only a few things need to be upgraded the pots and pans were old and some were broke or not enough in each unit. The air condition stopped working in two of the bedrooms. Finally when we were checking out the property manager tried to add an electrical surcharge on to our bill, I refused to pay it and finally had to go to Vrbo to get it resolved in our favor

Beach Property with Excellent Service

This property was excellent. From the staff help to the meals cooked by the chef. I was with a group of 14 staying there for a bachelor party. Cristina helped provide recommendations and connect us to people when I was looking for potential vendors. She helped us set up rides at night and provide local context. One of our days we did ATVs. When we got back many people took their shoes and some items off, not to track dirt through the home. To our suprise Elena and Julia washed everything they saw outside the front door. That was so unexpected and a suprise because no one asked they just did it. Many people had every intention of throwing some of the items away, but kept it because of that. Such a small action encapsulated the service from staff all weekend. Thomas is solid and even came back after hours when we were locked out of a room. We had some issues with AC, but any challenge we had once named Thomas was on it. The chef, simply put did not disappoint and was well worth it. We wished we booked more meals just for ease and peace of mind. Overall, we enjoy our time on the property. The space is big and everyone was great! If your contemplating booking, go ahead and just do it. You won't regret it.
