I agree with your assessments and want to point out that there are not that many options near Aspen Highlands, so having an option in this price range is rare. Please come see us again. Serge, We are disappointed to see you were not pleased with your choice in vacation rental. As stated 5 weeks prior to your arrival we corrected the difference in square footage when you brought it to our attention after you looked through the 3D tour of the home and noticed the discrepancy. It was a typographical error and in no way meant to deceive. The difference was exactly 276 square feet and we corrected this right away and thanked you for bringing it to our attention. The 3D walk through clearly shows the exact layout of the home and size of the rooms. You did not indicate at that time, 24 hours after you made the reservation that the home would be too small for you. If you had, we would have absolutely offered a cancellation in full then. Instead you continued to communicate with us about your trip asking questions about the area, amenities, transportation etc. Upon arrival you mentioned the heat and cable and we responded immediately and fixed the cable the very next morning. I am not sure how this constitutes as horrible customer service. We stood by our mistake by acknowledging the incorrect square footage and correcting it right away. Asking for a discount, 5 days after your check out, for this error that was corrected 1 day after you booked is not justified. We stand by this decision even though you followed through with your threat of a negative review if we did not provide this refund.

We understand this was an inconvenience and our team did everything possible to assist.
