Vi ejer 4 boliger i Emerald Island, hver har deres egen liste!

Beliggende i et af de nærmeste og mest luksuriøse gated community til Disney, Emerald Island Resort !! Dette luksuriøse hjem omfatter en overdimensioneret, sydvendt pool og jacuzzi spa med en ekstra stor gårdhave. En fantastisk måde at slappe af efter en lang dag på parkerne !!

Inkluderet med dette hjem er alle udvej samfund funktioner. Disse omfatter en on-site management og concierge service, to fælles pools og spa, en tiki bar til drinks og snacks, volleyball, tennisbane, cyber-cafe, legeplads, arkade, sauna og naturstier til cykling og picnics.

Dette luksuriøse feriested ligger kun tre korte miles fra Walt Disney World, og der er butikker, restauranter og supermarkeder, alle inden for gåafstand.

Den rummelige og smukt indrettede stue / spisestue har en konvertibel dronning sovesofa og et fuldt udstyret underholdningssystem. Dette omfatter et stort tv, dvd, video og stereoanlæg alt til din underholdning fornøjelse. Ledende fra stue / spisestue er det opgraderede og fuldt udstyrede køkken, som omfatter et keramisk topområde, side om side køleskab / fryser, opvaskemaskine, skraldespand og mikrobølgeovn.

Sammen med en bekvem morgenmad bar med barstole og separat morgenmadskrog for uformel spisning med udsigt over poolen. Alt er blevet tænkt på fra Mickey Mouse brødrister og ævlejern til blenderen for de frosne drikkevarer ved poolen. Et separat vaskerum med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, strygejern og strygebræt ligger lige ved køkkenområdet. Hvis dette ikke er nok, er garagen omdannet til et tæppebelagt spilrum komplet med et poolbord, airhockey, bordfodbold og tv og PS2. Spillelokalet har også en sovesofa og et bord med barstoler til de voksne. Højdepunktet i spillelokalet er Wold Cup Soccer Pinball Machine, som er gratis at spille for alle gæster. Sådan sjov !!

Hjemmet har fire soveværelser, der sover op til ti personer. Det store soveværelse # 1 har en queensize seng og gårdhave døre, der fører direkte til pool og jacuzzi spa, kabel-tv, hårtørrer. Master badeværelse med separat bruser, marmor top tæller med vask. Det andet soveværelse har også en queensize seng med kabel-tv. To dobbelte soveværelser har hver to enkeltsenge. Hvert værelse er specielt designet til børn, og omfatter Disney-temaindretning, kabel-tv, dvd-afspiller og masser af legetøj og spil. Det andet bad har separat brusebad / badekar og inkluderer en hårtørrer og alt bad og pool håndklæder.

This place is located close to all the attractions of Kissimee/Orlando but off the main strips. Poole and hot tub where a great addition after a long day of being at the parks. Also location allows you to bypass allot of traffic of 129.

We have been renting at Emerald Island since around 2006 or so. The house was spotless. Access was very easy. The pool and barbecue areas were also spotless and gas grill provided at no extra cost. All in all 10 out of 10

House was as described in the listing. Me, my husband, our 3 kids and my grandma all stayed comfortably here with more than enough room. The kids loved the pool, had a small issue with the spa not getting warm but they were able to fix it quickly. Overall, we had a good stay here and loved relaxing by the pool! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Amazing house

The house is gorgous and located in an amazing resort. The gamine area is great place to enjoy family Time. The host is really nice and communication is easy. Strongly recommend.

Great place and great location.

This was our first time staying in Emerald Isle resorts and we loved it. This house was excellent. The place was super clean and easy check in at the gate and at the house. The pool and spa were perfect endings to our days at the park. We paid the extra for heat and it was worth it. I would definitely rent this house again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for great house close to everything.

Location is good, safe, convenient, roomy house. Why 3 stars: 1. The thermostat is locked 74 degrees. There are no fans available for sleeping. 2. The beds are made in a European fashion with only a bottom sheet, no top sheet plus warm comforter so when you are hot you’re either without cover at all or a hot comforter. Also, only 4 washcloths, not enough for the allotted guests. 3. The shared bathroom has an exhaust fan that doesn’t work so bathroom is steamy with moldy tub, tile and shower curtain which floats in standing water as the tub drain needs cleaned. The shower rod is held up with a paper towel jammed between the rod and the wall. Paint is peeling from the ceiling due to moisture. 4. We have 2 daughters in Fl and for each to visit they had to pay 20, not at the gate, but go to a guard house and fill out paperwork. One daughter was harassed and disbelieved by staff even after showing the email so they had to call the owner. In total paid 60 in parking fees, which is stated but beware it’s a pain. 5. Lastly, quiet hours for the house are stated 9:30pm, the neighborhood is 11pm. Next door, maybe 20 feet from the thin bedroom walls are the neighbor’s pool and they had a pool party with screaming kids at 10:30 that went until 1am. I texted owner, called guard shack and ended up calling the sheriff’s office. Next night, more kids in the pool I guess after Disney hours. After this stay, I miss hotels.

Heerlijk verblijf

Het huis had naast een fijn zwembad ook nog genoeg entertainment in de vorm van air hockey, voetbaltafel, Pooltafel en flipperkast. Het was ruim genoeg voor 8 personen. Emerald Island is een mooi kindvriendelijk resort dat redelijk dichtbij de pretparken, restaurants en shoppingmalls ligt. Een paar verbeteringen: We misten wel wat grote lampen in de kamers en haken om handdoeken en kleding op te kunnen hangen in badkamer en slaapkamers. Servies in de keuken kan ook wat completer. Tot slot kraakten de matrassen enigszins. Maar al met al was het een zeer geslaagd verblijf!

Very happy with our stay

House was very nice! Pool was clean and very warm with the spa heat. Beds were super comfortable after walking around the parks all day. Plenty of towels and sheets. The owners were outstanding with getting back to you ASAP. Communication was amazing. Would stay here again in the future!

Family friendly

The pool and hot tub were obviously great to have with kids. The bonuses also include that it's close to disney and universal, the game room, close to several restaurants and shopping and all around perfect for our family. Great house!

Fun in Orlando

Had an amazing family vacation in Orlando. This house is in a great location to all of the Disney parks. We spent most of our stay at Disney, but while at the house we enjoyed the pool and the game room.

GREAT PROPERTY!

We had a good time, I would stay again! Cleaning just needs better attention to details, Owner was quick to respond to our internet password problem. Overall it’s a good house with amenities that the kids enjoyed especially the arcade🥰 Pool temperature was great!!

Another Great Stay

Second time staying here for a golf trip and everything was great. Although we don't spend much time at the house as we are on the course all day it was nice to come back and soak in the hot tub for a while. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again!

Vacation July 2021

This property is just okay. We stay in Orlando all the time but this year we weren’t going to vacation until last minute and were stuck with “what was left”. We rented this house and although it was pretty clean, there are zero pans that you can use to cook. There is one skillet that is so warped I had to hold it different ways on the burner to cook the one meal we had in the house. Big issue for my kiddos who love home cooked meals even on vacation, leading us to eat out most of the week. Most everything is outdated and worn; the master shower has the tiniest, old shower head that drips water - very unappealing and disappointing. The plastic plates are scratched and look dirty and worn. The cups are old, the utensils are old and worn and the drawer they are stored in was so gross we didn’t attempt to use anything in there. The TV and Internet were shotty at best and everything is on a timer of some sort. You can only run the dishwasher in certain modes and not more than once a day, you can’t move the air temp, etc. It was just a bit frustrating for us because we’ve been coming to Orlando for 20+ years and never had so many rules for such an outdated property. All in all it’s just an okay rental, and probably a bit overpriced for what else is in this housing development.

Family vacation

When arrived very easy check in, and owners very easy work with. Pinball machine did not work but was ok still had pool and air hockey. Pool and hot tub was wonderful after long day at Disney, if looking for clean fun house this is the one.

Expected more but ok

The blinds looked like missing teeth, ants was taking over the patio but I purchased home defense from Walmart. The tv channels aren’t all available, the pinball machine don’t work, there’s only one pool stick and it’s missing the bumper on both ends, pool table not balanced, the stereo definitely needs an upgrade especially due to the fact I spent money on an aux cord and it still didn’t work. I had to purchase my own washcloths.

Short Drive to Disney with a nice pool! Great for families!

We stayed for two weeks at the Mickey house at emerald island resort and had a wonderful time! We stayed with 3 children (under age 6) and two adults! The house was surface-level clean on arrival, some areas of cleanliness were better than others. The fridge smelled strongly of a bleach-scent, which was off-putting for a few days until it dissipated. It was also very clear the garage can wasn’t moved when the floors were mopped, because the tile under the can was dirty. The bathroom rugs had definitely not been cleaned / washed in a bit, but we threw them in the washer and refreshed them easily. The pool was really clean on arrival and the pool service came twice to clean it and add chemicals. The pool fence and door alarms were both great safety features to have with young kids, and both worked great! There was no pool skimmer but the owner was super responsive and had us a new one, same day. The pool patio itself could use a power-washing. The kitchen was the most disappointing part of the house for sure. We had planned to cook most meals, but the kitchen lacked typical items needed for cooking. No sheet pans, only 2-3 kitchen tools, none of which were a spatula, and the pots and pans have seen better days. The two griddles were also old and not clean enough to use. The plastic plates are also worn - many with a lot of knife marks and scratches all over them. The glass plates were in good condition - but you can’t use those on the patio. The kitchen accessories could definitely use a major overhaul. It did have both a cuisinart coffee pot and keurig pot, which were both clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean, and the sheets and towels were also clean and in good condition. The twin beds and master bedroom furniture and mattresses were nice and comfortable, There were plenty of pool towels in the laundry room which was really great! Overall, we were generally happy with our trip and stay! There was definitely room for improvement in the kitchen, but the location couldn’t be beat! We were able to be at any of the Disney parks within less than 20 minutes, traffic included! P.S. watch out for the ice maker in the fridge - it’s a little wild! :)
