Last Minute Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great.... Reminded us of the type place we all stayed when we were youngerLocation, property, beach access, pool area... Everything was great. The unit needs a good cleaning... Dust was covering ceiling, walls, doors, etc and bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner... But I overall, we would stay again.

We're glad you enjoyed your stay in this iconic Gulf Shores property. While deep cleans are conducted in the fall after the very busy spring and summer seasons, we apologize for the housekeeping issues you experienced. Please know we consider the failure to meet cleaning standards unacceptable, and we regret any inconvenience you experienced. We welcome the chance to host you in the future - hopefully in this same terrific condo!

Overall

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice with a few little concerns. Toilet in main bathroom ran constantly which was noisy. Toilet in bedroom was very loud when you flush it. Sand was all over the floor when we arrived, and hair in bedroom bathroom floor. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Also the arm of chair in living room was really loose.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 5. aug. 2026
Thank you for your input! We will address the toilet and the chair immediately. We hope you had a good time, and we welcome the chance to host you in the future!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was lovely being so close to the beach and with parking so easily accessible. It wasn’t as clean as I would hope and the sheets need to be updated, they’re old and scratchy. It was nice and quiet though which I really appreciate.

Needs updated living room furniture and mattress.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and clean but the master bedroom mattress was in horrible condition and in need to be replaced. Also, the living room couch and chair both are in poor condition too. When sitting on the couch you can feel the bars from the sofa bed. Very uncomfortable.

Cozy, Well-maintained Condo on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ladies in customer service were friendly, and knowledgeable. The app was extremely helpful. Also, the keypad on the door was so much better than having to keep track of a key. The whole property was very well maintained and we loved the location. The actual unit could have used some updating, especially the kitchen, bathrooms and living room furniture. The main bathroom toilet seat was in bad shape, could definitely use a replacement. That being said, we really liked the layout (fit 5 comfortably) and overall it was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were satisfied with our stay. The condo complex and the unit we stayed in were well kept, with the exception of a couple minor needed repairs in our unit. I chose not to contact the realtor.. Upon checkout Bender was very thorough in getting info concerning any needed repairs. The only negative with this unit was poor lighting in the living area. I would recommend this unit. Having past experience with Bender, I recommend them when looking for a rental.

The condo we stayed in was clean, up to-date and the people were very friendly! On our next visit we will be staying with Bender Realty!!! I think our only complaint (which had nothing to do with Bender or their staff) was the kids that were staying the unit above us that were jumping til 2-3 in the morning, when quite time was at 10, but like i said that had nothing to do with Bender just some kids on vacation!!
