Thank you for highlighting the views, the kitchen setup, and our team's responsiveness. It's great to hear you slept comfortably, too. I'm so glad those elements all helped make your stay happy. Please come back any time!

Thank you for noting the convenient location — I'm so glad it worked well for your visit. I'm sorry the mattress and couch weren't comfortable for you; we take comfort seriously and have passed your feedback to our housekeeping team. They will complete a quality control check promptly. We truly appreciate the feedback!

Thank you for the review and for choosing Meredith Lodging. We're glad the location was such a highlight of the trip. We appreciate your feedback about refreshing the space — we’ll pass that along to our maintenance team to consider when they next plan updates. If there’s anything else we could have done to earn five stars, please message us through the Vrbo app; we’d really appreciate the feedback. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for noting the convenient location and easy beach access. We’re sorry the mattress was uncomfortable for you, the entry codes were unreliable, and coffee filters were not provided after you contacted us. The maintenance team will inspect the tub and locks right away, we'll speak to the homeowner about replacing the mattress, and we'll remind housekeeping to be careful to check the coffee filter supply during each clean. We truly appreciate the feedback and please know that we will use it to improve.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We loved hosting you and hope you will book with us again!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It's an honor that you've stayed here several times and plan to again. We appreciate you calling out the cleanliness and kitchen supply, and are truly sorry you had concerns about the step. I will report this to our maintenance team so they can inspect and prioritize a permanent repair, and we'll consider temporary measures (better marking or lighting) until it's resolved. Thank you again for staying with us; we look forward to your next visit.

Thank you for staying with us and for the review. I’m sorry your stay didn’t earn five stars. I’m glad you found the condo clean and that you enjoyed the easy beach access. I apologize the Murphy bed and pillows were uncomfortable and noisy — that’s not the experience we want guests to have. We’ll have our maintenance team inspect the bed mechanism and mattress, and we’re evaluating replacement options for the mattress and pillows to improve comfort and reduce noise. Please message us through the Vrbo app with any other details so we can address them and continue to improve.
