We love this spot for a girls’ week getaway. Cute town, easy beach access and an ocean view. It’s an older property with some quirks but we will keep coming back every year for our Fall getaway.

We spent a weekend at Neskowin to visit the Ghost Forest and generally explore the area. We were expecting to have to walk a couple of blocks on paved road to get to the beach, but were pleasantly surprised that a beach access trail was quite across the street. The house had all the amenities to support our group of 6, including cooking implements. Neskowin is a cozy, quiet town and those qualities extended to this house. We had a very relaxing time there!

We enjoyed staying at this home and would probably stay again. We had a mixup with the tv remote which was confusing. This wouldn't be a problem for a lot of people staying at the beach but we made this reservation knowing that due to restrictions specific to people in our party we would be spending a lot of time at the home so this was a bigger problem for us that wasn't quickly resolved. There's much to like about this home - close to the beach, lovely views from the main living area, and a quiet setting in a small beach town. Easy to take either beach or quiet road walks from the house if you're accommodating different mobility issues. The kitchen was well prepped for cooking.

I'm so glad the walking options worked for everyone in your group. I'm sorry the TV remote issue affected your stay and that we didn't resolve it more promptly. We had to replace the universal remote with the TV provider directly and that has since been completed. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.

The house was great for three adult women on a quilting retreat. Wonderful view of the ocean. The kitchen could use some more spoons, but other than that it was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice being close to the beach. The upstairs shower didn’t drain well and the kitchen was lacking in pans and cookie sheets. .

Great location!

What a great location with an ocean view! The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was not crowded. Great house for kids.

Cozy getaway right by the ocean

A beautiful cozy house, perfect for a weekend at the beach with friends. The property manager was very responsive and the house was well stocked and very clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location!

We have stayed at this nice place a few times now and like it alot. This time the shower drain was all fixed. Yeah! Close to the beach and fits our needs.

Great location and helpful amenities

Perfect location, just across the street from a beach access point. Seems like some plumbing issues on the top floor, but. There is a bathroom on the bottom floor as well.

Wonderful place by the sea

Good communication with the property manager. Excellent location, very quiet in a charming town. Comfortable furniture and beds. We had great time.

This homes greatest asset is its proximity to the beach. The code we were given did not work but we managed to get a new one. The downstairs bedroom was very musty and damp smelling. The bathroom is very tight and if you are over 5’7 you need to sit sideways on the toilet. The upstairs was comfortable although the couches need cleaning. We found some of the utensils and silverware dirty, like someone spilled pancake batter into the drawer. Grilling pans, cookie sheets and other pans are dirty and rusty , need replacement. Need a couple dish towels, only had one thin one.Outside the deck paint is worn off, one of the plastic chairs is stained and the back cracked in half. No table outside to serve on. The Barbeque was filthy inside and out and we would not use it. For the price of this home rental I would expect better. The company that maintains this house just said sorry for the problems and no word that problems would be fixed.You are paying for convenience to the beach in the quiet village of Neskowin.

We’ve alerted housekeeping and maintenance to prioritize a deep clean of the interior (including sofas and kitchen drawers), replacement of any rusted or unusable cookware, and restocking of dish towels and basic linens. The lower bedroom will be inspected and, if necessary, treated for moisture or mildew promptly. We will send your notes about the outdoor furniture, deck surface, and barbecue to the homeowner with the request that they be repaired or replaced immediately. Thank you for the detailed feedback — it helps us improve. I’m sorry this visit didn’t match the standard you expected, and we hope to have the chance to show the improvements on a future stay.

Neskowin stay

The property is nicely located with an easy walk to the beach. The ground floor part of the residence smelled a bit like fuel. Upstairs shower does not drain well at all. Overall, it's a nice spot and fine.

Easy Beach Access

This was our second stay with our dog. The beach access is great, just a 30 second walk and the dog is happy. The weather was beautiful and warm for November. Spent hours on the beach each day. And, we were able to leave the door to the deck open while cooking dinner and the dog could go in and out as she wanted.

Quiet getaway.

Neskowin is a quiet, sweet small village with carefully tended homes. Although this home is older and could use some updates, we had everything we needed and it was a short path to the beach. Proposal rock is an icon and we enjoyed exploring the area. Bald Eagle nest also!

Looking for a quiet get-away - this is it.

This house was exactly what we needed. Close access to the beach. The main area is on an upper floor so there is a limited view. The property management staff were quickly responsive (we had an issue with the TV and with kitchen pots/pans/dishes, etc.) We would definitely go back again. Neskowin is a nice off the beaten path place to visit.

Cold and Rainy but Fun

Proximity to the beach and walking areas was great. No one can control the weather! The covered entryway was great for the rainy weather. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils. Accommodations were adequate. The view of the ocean and sunset was nice.
