During your stay, you brought the carpet and bar stool stains, the screen door, the master bathroom toilet, and the fireplace to our attention; we documented your preference to have the carpet and screen door addressed after checkout rather than interrupt your stay. We’re sorry these items affected your comfort. We also wish we had known about the difficulties with the window blinds and handles, the living room recliner, and the missing grill while you were with us, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to assist.
