Huset er for nylig blevet renoveret med Carrara marmorgulve, to nye badeværelser, et nyt køkken med granit bordplader og apparater i rustfrit stål, nye møbler og elektronik.

Baghaven har en ny saltvandspool, elfenbenstravertin-dæk, liggestole på stranden og en herlig Tiki Hut med en terrassebord og stole til at nyde udendørs spisning.

8 minutters gang til stranden.
3 minutters gang til købmand (Publix en ny og fremragende købmand)
2 minutters gang til de fineste restauranter (Pizza, is, Hamburgere, Sandwiches, Flanigan's, Houston's, The Foundry, The Rusty Hook Tavern, La Veranda, Umberto's, Take Sushi)

Relaxing Vacation

We had a wonderful stay!! It was close to the beach and had a private pool which were our two must haves!! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing vacation :)

Great Stay in November

House and pool were lovely. Accurate to pictures and very comfortable. 3 minute walk to Publix to get alcohol & food & good restaurants right there as well (The Foundry was our favorite). You can walk to Pompeno Beach but it’s a mile away and some chose to Uber there. Short Uber drives to Lauderdale by the Sea and Del Ray Beach. Will rent house again. Host was great

Best Location

My wife and I were very happy with this house. The location is as good as it gets. We are very big into pickleball and there is a park 2 minutes drive away with 12 courts and good play. I love walking to the beach and many fine restaurants near by. The house was clean and perfect especially for 2 people. The owner Diana is on top of everything. We didn't even know the cable was out and she had a guy at our house to fix it instantly when we got home. You could not ask for better service. The man she had there to work on it was incredible. We plan on going back to the area next year and hope the house is available. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Lovely stay close to Atlantic Blvd happenings

Much needed peaceful retreat achieved. Home is clean and spacious. Diana is kind and responsive. Close to Pompano Beach public beach, pier and happenings.

Nice Get-Away!

Nice home with plenty of space to relax! The private Pool/Tiki Hut area was a great place to relax. There were shops to walk to within a 1/2 mile or so and the beach was a bit further. The home was well taken care of and the Host was fantastic to deal with!!

We had a great stay.

The place is very nice and having Diana nearby to address any issues was convenient. The pool is great and everything you need is within walking distance. We stay at vrbo homes a couple of times a year and this is a good choice compared to others.

Great vacation spot

The house is exactly as it is pictured online. Super easy walk to the stores, restaurants and the beach. Diana was super easy to work with when we had questions.

Amazing property and amazing host!

The property was outstanding, the house was better than the pictures! Had a couple of logistical questions and the Property Owner responded within minutes. Pool was amazing! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again. You will not be disappointed!

Time with Son

We selected this property because of its location to Inter Miami’s soccer field, where we went to watch a game. It was only 17 minutes away. The property was very clean and simple. Everything was very maintained and they had everything that we needed. We love swimming in the pool, grilling, and hanging out in the backyard. Everything was very walkable, including a Publix grocery store, restaurants, and shops. We could walk or bike to the beach. Great place to enjoy time in the sun and catch a game.

House was really nice.. one the bathrooms shower didn't like to turn on and off and toilet keep stopping from flushing other then that was beautiful.

Pompano beach

Very clean, comfortable place. Property manager was prompt answering our needs. The only thing I will complain about is that the place needs new pans and pots. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

As advertised

Host was very easy to deal with. We used the property during hurricane Ian so our stay wasn't a vacation. But inside the home was as advertised and in very good condition.

Perfect stay for my small family

Great property! The interior space is very clean and modern. Open living area with a small but functional kitchen. The outdoor space has a large patio, pool, and tiki area. We spent most of our time here! The beach is very close by, but I would not say it's walkable. The public parking is cheap and very accessible at the beach. The property has everything you would need for a beach trip. We didn't need to interact with the host but she made the process seamless. My family and I would stay here next time for sure!

Amazing Vacation Home

Diana is a great property manager. She came with a welcome gift, answered all our questions and gave us a thorough tour of this special, newly designed home. It’s exactly like the Vrbo pictures, beautiful, upscale and very clean. The floors and bathrooms were marble. The bedrooms were very nice with comfy mattresses and bedding. The fenced in private backyard included a lovely heated pool, a covered dining area with ceiling fan and the use of a new grill. This home was equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. If we’re in the area, we would definitely enjoy renting here again.

Atlantic House -OCT 2018

Absolutely stunning house. Updated, sleek, clean. Loved the marble floors. Backyard pool and tiki hut are a vacationers paradise. House is also situated in an ideal location; close to all attractions & roads. Do yourself a favor when staying here....visit the beach; it’s beautiful! A few minor things in the other direction now...make sure you read the contract, detailing lots of policies & occpant responsibilities - ie extra $$$ to have pool heated, can’t adjust programmed thermostat (was on 78-degrees upon arrival and remotely lowered to 75 when I called; which is still hot in my opinion), garbage cans have to be curbed, a couple of the chairs outside were broken...but those are minor issues. Overall it was a fabulous stay and I would certainly rent again. Paul R (NY)

Wonderful home - Fantastic Location

Clean, modern and comfortable. The house was well stocked with basic items (soap, bathroom tissue, etc). We were "wowed" that the owner even left us arrival gifts of bottles of waters, beer, ice cream and crackers. Speaking of the owner Diana, she was great - very responsive and professional. Lots of others on VRBO should take lessons on how to be a vacation home owner! There was no "bait and switch" games. What you see in the pictures is the real house. The King mattress was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Always a gamble when you vacation, but we slept better there then at home. While the weather was cool and very windy at times (major winter storm hit the Mid-Atlantic states and part of this mess dropped to South FL), the very private heated pool allowed swimming. The Tiki hut does not leak either - even in a heavy rain shower which amazed us! The backyard is nicely landscaped with soft green palms. The location was great - walking distance to beach, food and lots of great places to get a drink. We used the nice bikes one day to check out the other wonderful homes in the neighborhood. We used Uber to take us to the Water Taxi stop in Fort Lauderdale at Bokampers (one of the most impressive sports bars on the east coast with 167 TVs) for around $8. Highly recommend the taxi - it's a great way to see some spectacular homes and yachts. If we find ourselves in this area again, we will stay here again.

Great week in Pompano Beach.

This was my first VRBO experience, so I have nothing to compare it to. We found our rental to be almost perfect in every way. Check in was easy and the pictures were accurate. We felt the location was just about perfect. We were about 1/2 mile from beach, 1 tenth mile to groceries and alcohol, and 2 tenths of a mile to many great restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, and we spent every evening walking the streets (no sidewalks in neighborhood).. We paid extra to have the pool heated which had 4 recliners, 6 chairs, a table, and a covered cabana to provide shade. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the bathrooms were small but usable for a short stay. It seems like everything was provided from soaps, shampoo, garbage bags, laundry soap, tea, coffee, and even a bottle of bubbly in the fridge. The TV had Netflix, Amazon Prime, and a few local channels. The WiFi worked great. Only a few nagatives: The bikes need some tender loving care. 2 bikes had no or poor brakes. My son in law took one to a repair shop and had the brakes fixed. I thought there was too much noise from ambulances, helicopters, and police sirens. Of course those things can't be helped but annoying just the same., Final thought -- we would definitely stay here again. Very good value for the price. All in all, a great relaxing week with Mother Nature providing great weather too!

Great experience!

We absolutely loved our 8 night stay at Atlantic house. The house is newly renovated, comfortable and the pool area is very private. We arrived late our 1st night and were nicely surprised to find wine, cookies, soda waiting for us as well as coffee for our next morning. The place was immaculately clean (including towels, sheets and bed covers) and fully equipped with high end appliances. The house was stocked with shampoo/ conditioner/ paper/ toothpaste, paper towel, detergent etc which made it easy to feel comfortable from the get go and avoided us having to worry about necessities on the 1st night. The location is also very convenient as it is walking distance to a few pubs and restaurants as well as a shopping center Publix. The beach is also nearby and within walking distance. The house has a few nice bicycles which we took out almost every day for a ride to and on the beach, around the neighborhood and on A1A north and south. It felt good getting in some scenic exercise between meals. Driving we went to Deerfield Beach for dinner and drinks as well as Fort Lauderdale by the sea - both only about 10 min away. There were plenty of kids DVDs that kept my 2 year old well entertained as well as plenty of space for him to move around and play. He absolutely loved the pool and having it heated ended up making it very comfortable for hours and hours of family fun. The owner Diana was very pleasant as well as easily accessible by phone and e-mail prior to our arrival and during our stay. This was our 1st time renting a house and using VRBO and I must say it fit our needs perfectly. With an infant and a 2 year old, renting a house with a heated swimming pool and having a BBQ and laundry machine on site ended up being more comfortable than the all-inclusive resort options which we've done in the past. We will certainly be looking for openings on the calendar hoping to be able to stay at the same place again.
