I am disappointed by your experience and would have loved to make it right while you were there. I know that guests have access to my number and the local guest contact. I would have sent my cleaner to investigate smells and to hunt down the missing key. It turned out that the previous guests, who had spent 10 days there for medical treatment at the nearby hospital, had forgotten to return it. It is there now but we could have provided an alternate for you had I known. I am so sorry about that. Please always report issues as you find them. I want you to have the best experience. The listing does state that this property features a Ring Doorbell device, but we are sorry if this caught you off guard.
