Dette uplettede hjem ligger i en rolig blind vej i et privat, gated kvarter og tilbyder en opvarmet pool med mange fastboende fugle, især kolibrier.

Home tilbyder 4 soveværelser, inklusive en konge master suite, der har dobbelt håndvask, bruser og walk-in closet. Derudover tilbyder tre queensize-soveværelser komplet gæstekomfort. Fuld badekar eksklusivt til de tre soveværelser, yderligere halvbad i stueetagen.

Our first longer stay!

Loved the neighborhood and surrounding area! The backyard is perfect for kids and dogs and the house is spacious. We had a little water issue and the owners were very responsive

Great Family Summer Vacation

My family had a great time at this property. With 4 little kids, the property was great for them with the grass yard and gated pool. Everything was very well documented and marked to make it easy to understand the instructions and how to use the rental. The pool was great and the house worked very well with 4 bedrooms upstairs.

This property was just as described. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the neighborhood and the ability to be able to hike right into Usery Park. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely book again.

Great stay.

Only complaint would be we couldn’t get very good cell phone reception at times. We are with Verizon so maybe that is why?? Otherwise great property!

Snowbird getaway

My husband I rented the Boulder Mountain property for the month of February. Very quiet area, great walking/hiking outdoor activities. Listing is accurate description. Nice to be away from the busy areas of Mesa/Phoenix. Owners very responsive to inquiry and communicating if yard service, etc were expected. We would definitely stay here again!

Practically perfect vacation rental by owner!

What a wonderful home perfect for our family of parents, newlyweds, and siblings. From the plenty of off-street parking, place to put our shoes, comfortable furniture, big kitchen and pantry with every needed cooking and cleaning tools and supplies, huge washing machine and dryer, bedroom with side tables and lamps on each side (the b/w bdrm picture doesn't show both, but they were there), plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels, big backyard and pool for family fun, we enjoyed every bit of this house. The location is great for a quiet desert stay with beautiful scenery and easy access to many walking areas and trails. Thank you Jim and Jan for sharing your home with our family.

AZ rental house

The location was awesome, very private. House is very spacious. The down side was the restroom on first floor, had a pedestal sink, so now counter space for women to really put make up & hair stuff on for getting ready. Kitchen table & dinning room tables plenty big enough for entertainment of large group, but the down fall we found was they were tall & the stools were hard for some to get on, {they were older person or had knee surgery & movement wasn't the easiest for them} would prefer normal height. Loved the back yard. Had a nice shaded area for patio. The ones that used the pool said it was nice.

Thank you Deb, we are happy you found our home spacious, private and accommodating for your group. We chose the tall top tables because of how functional they have been for us. Myself being only 5’2”, I really like the ease of standing and sitting and that they are the same height as the counter top. Sorry to hear they were not as functional for your group. We are installing full length mirrors in all the bedrooms next week, thanks to your input! We love our neighborhood and home, so glad you enjoyed it!

Safe, comfortable and fun house for families!

We loved this house so much! It had everything we needed to have a fun vacation with 2 small children (1.5 and 3 yo). The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to entertain plus it has a great bbq and outdoor dining set. Having the pool fenced and heated was perfect for the kids. Also, the house is equipped with some kid's books and toys (my son loved the cement mixer truck), a pack in play, a highchair and step stools for the bathrooms! Loved the neighborhood for early morning runs and super markets and drug stores are all within 2-5 miles (Target, Baschas, CVS, Safeway, Walgreens etc..). The new LG Washer and Dryer were quite nice too. My son came home from vacation wanting to still be at the "Arizona House" so it was more than just the adults that loved this place. Thank you!

Very Impressive

I was overwhelmed to think someone could own such a nice house and be willing to rent it to unknown people! Coming from the snow and cold of Rapid City, SD we Loved the green grass and flowers in the back yard. I have a girlfriend and her husband who go to Mesa for 6 months each year. They came over to visit they were impressed as well. She said that backyard with that grass is almost unheard of in that area. The location was ideal being so close to everything we wanted to see and do. The house was furnished with anything we could need, we felt very much at home. I wish we could have stayed longer than a week. Should we come that way again we will contact you first to learn if the house is available. Thanks So Much!

Great experience

We greatly enjoyed our time at this home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the spacious backyard was a nice surprise. The owners aren't local but that wasn't a problem at all. The instructions were detailed and easy to follow. It is fully stocked, however, we ended up buying our own supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and sponges as the ones there were not great. But that is completely understandable for a rental and buying these items in bulk. Our stay was during the summer and our children loved swimming in the pool every day. It had a secure fence surrounding it which made us feel very safe when our little ones were outside and not swimming. The house does not have cable set up but we knew that going in and brought our own device to watch. We visit AZ often and would be happy to stay at this property again. Actually we were hoping to rent again for Thanksgiving but some other lucky family got to it first!

Comfortable, quiet neighborhood, close to hiking

We stayed for a month and found it to be great for our needs. We liked that it was a gated community. The neighborhood is friendly. It was just a couple of blocks walk to a trail which led to trails in Usery Mountain Park which is beautiful in the spring with the blooms. We did find a number of the nicer golf courses to be a longer drive than we liked because the house is in east Mesa. The development was perfect for walking our dog and he met many other "pups" in the neighborhood. Desert Arroyo Park is next door to the development through a gate by the nearby grade school and was another favorite place to walk our dog. A plus was the backyard has grass which our little Havanese loved and was a bit of "home away from home" for him. Basha's, Albertson's and Safeway are all within 10 minutes of the house. The kitchen had many staples including spices, flour, sugar and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Cleaning supplies, detergent, and toiletries were all supplied. The only reason we did not give it a 5 star is the downstairs carpeting is stained and soiled and it was difficult to tell if the vacuum cleaner was actually "cleaning" when we used it. Jim and Jan were very prompt in answering all of our questions and resolving any of our concerns.

Winter Get-away

We enjoyed our month long stay in Mesa! The neighborhood was very quiet and having the pool was wonderful!! Jim and Jan were very quick to respond to any questions that we had! The hiking in Usery Park was great - there were all kinds of trails - from easy to hard! We plan on trying to stay there again!

Great Month Long Stay

Jim and Jan were extremely transparent and helpful. The home and pool were large and well maintained. We worked remotely for a month and had no issues with wifi as well as plenty of space to spread out. The neighborhood is very quiet. Great stay.

Nice place, quiet community, beautiful surroundings. Very good instructions and communication. Extended our stay for another week

Best VRBO!

What a wonderful place! We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home so much. The heated pool, the close proximity to Usery Pass trails, and the quiet neighborhood were just the ticket for our family. This place had comfortable beds and everything that we needed to live comfortably. Thanks for sharing this oasis.

Great house

We stayed here for a couple weeks while on a construction project. The house was perfect for 4 guys and our wives came to visit one weekend. The house has 2 big living rooms so perfect for kids in one and adults in the other. The pool is great and has a cool waterfall feature with a ledge you can jump off of. The backyard is huge and there's a bbq. The owner is very easy to get ahold of and they provide just about everything you could need for a great stay. Overall great place.

Spring Training baseball, the Cubs, that is what started it all! We fell in love with the Mesa area. From Montana, looking forward to retirement, we started 'the plan' and it included purchasing this beautiful home near the mountains in AZ. We need a home this large to welcome our 3 adult children and 10 grandchildren on occasion. We are delighted to share our home with vacationers until we are able to use it more often.
