This was a perfect place for us. The pools were gorgeous and the bar and restaurant had great food and drinks. The apartment was spacious for 2 people and we loved our stay

Great location, the resort grounds are beautiful and the staff were all very accommodating. The room was cozy, AC worked great, could have used a full size coffee pot but other than that it was a fantastic stay.

The property was lovely. Staff was great. The resort wasn’t staffed very well. They were short and it made the restaurant in the bar, not be open for a lot of the time and things close down. It could be due to later in the season and it was a lot farther than we anticipated from the main area other than that, it was wonderful perhaps earlier in the season it would be a little bit better. We would go back if that were the case.

You visited Belize the low season and the restaurant/bar hours in site are reduced during low season when there is low occupancy. Belize getaway

The stay was absolutely perfect for my husband and me! The resort was lovely and the room was as advertised. The check-in process was very simple. All the staff was friendly and helpful.We would 100% stay here again!

Apartment is in good condition.The condos ammenities are OK.Beach is clean.But, 9 miles from San Pedro in terrible roads to get there make it really hard to enjoy.It takes 1.5 hours ro get there from San Pedro in a golf car.Jason and the staff do they best to make you feel at home..But, rhe fact is that this is way to far if you want to go explore the island.

Thank you tor your review. Unfortunately Jorge ignored all my communications prior to their arrival. He did not read my manual and did not contact the resort or even look at the location. He told me in the U.S, 9 miles takes 10 mins by car. He arrived late at night into San Pedro without communication and messaged me asking where to go and how to get in contact with the resort. The drive in normal conditions 35 to 45 minutes depending on how adventurous you are. And the beautiful location is a plus for most people. I did offer him a refund as he wanted to be in town, but after visiting San Pedeo he said he liked our resort more as it was too busy in town and the drive wasn't bad during the daytime. A lot of accommodations have seawalls in town now and no beach, another plus for our northern location. It is important to know the area you want to stay in and book accordingly.

Thank you for your comments. I wish you had let us know during your stay if you had any issues, and we could have helped resolve them. The road unfortunately gets bumpy during rainy periods which we can't control, but any issue with the unit we could look into with communication and a bit more detail. Unfortunately even though we communicated with you to check in, before, during and after your stay, you never responded. We will look into the issues you listed.

Perfect for two

Place was nice and clean staff and people were super friendly it was a great spot for my wife and I to explore the island a little quieter area and you definitely need a golf cart all in all it was a great holiday thank you

Nice place

We had a great stay here. But, beware, the road is quite bumpy to say the least. The restaurant was awesome and the property was awesome. First rate.

Unbelievably perfect vacation

Amazing is an understatement! Beautiful and clean.. everyone was very professional and caring. Met our e ery need while we were there. Food was heavenly and could not get enough. Really enjoyed our stayand we will definitely be back! You guys were the best. Miss it already!

Comforts of home with ease of a resort

We loved this location, further from crowds but enough restaurants and things to do to keep us busy and entertained. When we booked we didn’t realize that this rental also comes with daily cleaning and some of the best resort staff you’ll find. Was perfect for spending the day on their beach, using their kayaks and enjoying both the tiki bar and restaurant. Surrounding restaurants were great too! My boys ages 8 and 13 had a great time!

It was a breeze

We loved the resort. Everyone was so helpful and kind. All the employees were great. They kept the grounds so beautiful and did their best to keep it bug free!

Mother daughter trip

Enjoyed our stay at the property, all staff were amazing and knowledgeable. Knowing now how far from town it is I may choose to stay closer but that’s only because how I like to vacation. There was nothing I could say negatively about the property or listing.

Gem of a Property on Ambergris Caye

This is a wonderful resort north of San Pedro and Ambergris Caye. It's well maintained, and the staff were truly amazing! Our room was a tad smaller than we realized but it worked great and coming during the normal off-season we pretty much had the place to ourselves, including the use of the (2) regular pools. You can easily rent a golf-cart from here to cruise to such spots as Secret Beach or the Truck Stop. It was a great location for a fun family vacation and thanks again for offering it up!

At certain times we along with all of Belize, the Caribbean and parts of Mexico and the U.S have experienced the sargasso coming ashore. The grounds staff work tirelessly throughout the day to keep the beach clean. And do a very good job compared to many other resorts and in town. And you can swim in blue waters by the reef and other areas. It seems to be dying down thankfully as it tends to do after at this time. We hope to welcome you back in the future. Jason

Great vacation, beautiful resort, friendly people

We stayed here a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The resort had everything we needed. The bar and restaurant was a fun place to meet other travelers and the employees are friendly and informative. The road from San Pedro is long and a bit treacherous so we stayed at or near the resort most of the vacation. Definitely recommend El Norte bar up the beach. We did 2excursions with no worries tours (right on the property) which were excellent. Overall, a great vacation!

Made me want to own in Belize

The Sapphire Beach property was amazing. The condo that we stayed in was cute and cozy. There were 3 pools on the property a nice outdoor bar with a television, and the ocean next to which one could relax. The Location was far enough away from the hustle and bustle while only being a golf cart away from everything . True perfecg"ri

Peaceful elegance

The living space reflects a responsive owner who wants the best for his guests - quality furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, refreshing and strong a/c. On-site restaurant is excellent and relatively reasonable. This is not a cruise ship - the experience is private and peaceful. Be sure to shop in San Pedro (Super Buy) for food, especially snacks.
