VILLA VAHIMANUI er beliggende på en bjergskråning (30 meter) over havets overflade og kun 50 m fra lagunen. Denne meget eksklusive villa med udsigt over lagunens krystalblå vand tilbyder utrolige romantiske solnedgange såvel som en masse privatliv, hvilket gør det til det perfekte sted for både bryllupsrejse og familier.

Nyd det rolige vand i lagunen med dets ekstraordinære farverige tropiske fisk, der tillader uendelig snorkling i turkis og uberørt varmt vand!Huset er omgivet af smukke eksotiske og tropiske frugttræer i en velplejet have.

Dette unikke, nyligt bygget, 110 kvadratmeter (110 m2) hjem er en del af et berømt luksuskompleks startet af Marlon Brando og Jack Nicholson. Villaindkvartering inkluderer 2 soveværelser med aircondition, 1 badeværelse, et moderne fuldt udstyret køkken der passer til en kok, en stue og en stor overdækket terrasse-Lanai med udsigt over lagunen.

Det indvendige i dette luksuriøse træbyggede hus er særlig rummeligt takket være et katedralloft med en rummelig stue og et af soveværelserne åbnet ind i det der giver eksklusiv udsigt lige fra din king size seng. Huset er blevet fuldstændig redesignet og ombygget i 2017 med maksimal komfort og afslapning i tankerne.

Unbelievable view, just like in the listing, from the balcony and through the huge set of windows facing the ocean. The place was huge and spotlessly clean. The owner provided much excellent information before and during our stay, which was extremely helpful and generous. I would definitely stay here again!

The views from the terrace over the lagoon are truly spectacular. The Villa is very spacious - especially as we were only 2 using the facilities.It is simply but adequately decorated and the kitchen has an appropriate level of equipment for a holiday stay. The steep stairs up to the property would be challenging for less able guests. Pierre was very responsive to a couple of small issues we had during our stay. The villa is around a 20 minute drive from the wharf and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Guests will definitely need a car to get around the island

This was our fourth stay at Pierre’s house, and we love it more each time! The view from the house is absolutely breathtaking — truly the best. The apartment itself is beautifully equipped, spotless, and peaceful. It’s the perfect getaway.Matira Beach is just a 15-minute drive away, and we love starting our mornings by picking up fresh baguettes from the locals and enjoying breakfast while soaking in the incredible view.Pierre is the best host you could ask for — always responsive, kind, and full of helpful tips for exploring the island. Thank you, Pierre, for another fantastic stay. We can’t wait to come back. Mauruuru!

Immaculate villa with stunning views

Our family of 4 had an amazing holiday in Bora Bora thanks to the wonderful villa overlooking the lagoon, and extremely helpful owner Pierre. Even a lovely local picked a bunch of bananas off his tree and gave them to us after our morning swim in the beautiful bright blue Lagoon. This was a dream 21st celebration birthday/holiday for our twins Thank you Pierre

FANTASTIC LOCATION WITH A GREAT VIEW!!

My husband and I rented Villa Vahimanui for our Honeymoon. The owner (Pierre) is lovely, contacts you before you purchase, when you purchase and while you are there. He is ready and willing to answer questions as well as provide great suggestions for enjoying Bora Bora. We found the Villa to be exactly as described and pictured on VRBO.It was cozy, relaxing, very clean and tastefully decorated.We had plenty of space for the two of us! The view of the lagoon from the Villa was breathtaking! We found very good restaurants in the area such as the Maikai and the Saint James. The villa met all of our expectations and more! To anyone reading this, we can highly recommend this property!!

Hillside view over the lagoon

Let me say this first: If you don't mind daily steep walk and 80+ steps towards the villa, you will love it! It is everything your eyes deserve - incredible view and relaxing shades of blue. And just wait for the sunsets :). The villa is maintained and designed very well. The deck is spacious and you will enjoy it. The living room is naturally ventilated and there is no need for AC (in July). Pierre is great host and helpful with tips and recommendations. Needless to say we had one of the best vacations ever. Merci Pierre! P.S. Don't be afraid of the geckos - they are awesome creatures!

great place to experience Bora Bora!

Dear Pierre: We had a lovely stay at your Villa Vahimanui. The house was exactly what we wanted for our family in Bora Bora--away from crowds and tourists, but easy to do whatever activities we wanted. The view was just amazing and we could have spent hours looking out from the patio every evening. We never missed any sunsets! The kitchen was well set up and the laundry worked well too. All the landscaping and flowers around the condominiums are really beautiful and nicely done. Barthelemy, the caretaker, was very nice and helpful as well. For us, having the dock and beach right there was great since we were picked up various times by boats and jetskis. It was centrally located so we could travel to different parts of the island easily for sightseeing, going to town, or going to outer motus. We loved our stay in Bora and hope to return before too long. We would stay at Villa Vahimanui again.

Living the local life in Bora Bora.

We spent 10 days in this beautifully furnished and decorated house. It is up on a hill, reached through seventy-three steps from the closest parking lot, which leads to magnificent views. The dining area has been set outside and provides fantastic views as well. A screened area would enhance it even more. The kitchen is fully and nicely equipped, including high-end appliances. Master bedroom with medium firm European king-size mattress (64") and quiet air conditioning unit. The rest of the house tends to be hot from mid-day to sunset, at least in February. Being able to rent the Peugeot from the owner was a bonus, saving a lot of time with the rental agencies. Responsive owner and very kind and helpful caretakers.

Spectacular!

Of all the many places that can be booked at Bora, this property probably offers the best views. Imagine a perhaps 6 m wide window front positioned at an elevated position providing "to die for" views of the lagoon and the motus every minute of the day. More, the internal design is way above average because it's tasteful, accommodating and functional. It is clear that the owner, Pierre, has a personal interest in the property. It was also great that there was a good selection of quality cooking utensils we made good use of. We were also very pleasantly suprised of the quality of the beef and fish at Super U supermarket. Of note was also the large collection of decent French wines which made dinners at home even more enjoyable. The location of the villa is also brilliant. It's close enough to Vaitape for convenient shoping or a coffee "downtown". On the other hand, there is a small beach at the property that works really well - the snorkeling isn't bad at all especially if you swim over to the left side of Marlon Brando's old house (the one on the left). We also made use of renting Pierre's Peugeot 208 which was fun to drive around with. We should also mention our friendly interactions with Batholomaeus who, in the absence of Natalie, makes sure that everything is fine. He is also quite happy to explain how to catch an octopus with your bare hands, should you be interested. Maruru Pierre for having us, for answering all our questions promptly, for the pickup service, the flexibility with the arrival and leaving times! We do hope to be back soon.

Le "bungalow" de Pierre est juste magnifique!. Surplombant le lagon, on est directement plonge dans la multitude de bleus qu offre celui-ci. Du lever du soleil au coucher de lune, le spectacle est incrotable...tout cela dans un confort tres agreable, spatieux, lumineux. A NE PAS MANQUER!!( Les bungalows sur l eau ne sont plus à envier une fois poses dans cet endroit...)

Nous avons bien profité de cette belle villa, décorée avec goût. La vue depuis la terrasse sur le lagon est magnifique ainsi que sur les couchers de soleil. la terrasse est immense et nous en avons bien profitée. la villa est très propre et bien équipée (cuisine, séjour, chambres, lave linge séche linge). Toujours de la place au parking, accès depuis la route délicat (ça monte) mais on s'y fait. Les 4 photos ont été prise depuis la terrasse. Les 3 dernières plage de Matira.

Excellent positionnement avec une vue époustouflante mais qui se mérite, il faut gravir les quelques 40 marches pour atteindre le graal. Dommage que des petits détails ne cadrent pas avec le bien. Porte fenêtre difficile à ouvrir. Il faut juste changer les galets. Manque de moustiquaires aux baies vitrées du séjour et de la chambre donnant sur la terrasse.

Amazing

Pierre was VERY thorough and accommodating. The views of this house are absolutely amazing. The inside is perfect for a family. The communication with the host was nothing short of perfect. He was very ubderstanding, curtious and helpful. We would reccomend this house to everyone! Our family had a wonderful stay and it would not have been the same had it not been for the host and the beautiful house.

Well equipped villa at a fantastic location

Overall a brilliant place to stay with everything needed. Only issue was there were dead ants in the kitchen but these were vacuumed using the vacuum provided. Communication with Pierre was great and the views across the lagoon were breathtaking.

Fantastic!! Just the best!!

This was our 3rd stay and we just love this place so much! Everything is great, the condo, the neighborhood and most importantly the view! The condo is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Pierre, we are so happy to have found your house and we already plan our next taste!

Second Stay in this villa

This was our second stay at this house. It has a wonderful view from inside the house and also on the patio. It also has a sunset view. It is well-equipped and has beach towels. There is a washer and dryer. The bedrooms have a/c which is needed, as the house can get very hot during the day. This time none of the tour operators would pick us up from the pier so we had to drive to town to get picked up.

Paradise - exceeded our wildest expectations!

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay at Villa Vahimanui and definitely hope to return! The views were so beautiful that it took our breath away …and the villa itself was a very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and relaxing place to stay! Pierre was extremely conscientious and organized in regard to communication…and provided us with very comprehensive information in advance …which helped us prepare for, and enjoy our stay. Pierre was also quick to provide answers to any of our questions! This was our first trip to French Polynesia and Bora Bora. My husband & I stayed at the villa with my parents (in their 70’s/early 80’s … and in good shape ). We had no problem managing the stairs, although, as others have mentioned, it’s a bit of a workout to bring your luggage up in the hot sun …lol…but believe me - it’s totally worth it! We spent our days exploring the island in our rental car, and enjoyed trips to Matira Beach, and snorkeling! We were happy to return back to the villa in the late afternoon to cook meals and enjoy the view from the deck. We had a fabulous time at Pierre’s Villa and are very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay! Thank you ❤️

Second stay and again fantastic!

This has been our second stay at Pierre’s home and it has been super fantastic again! The condominium is just the perfect place to stay, the views are incredible and everything is super clean, and quiet. Pierre is super responsive and super nice to communicate with. The property and the view was very nice.

The property and the view were very nice. We staid 5 nights. The only problem it is on the other side of the Island and if you want to eat or do any grocery shopping or go to the beach you have to drive around 20 - 25 minutes each way. So must be organized. Again, nothing wrong with the place, just be sure you have a car.
