Velkommen til Fare Manuia, vores smukke hus fra Bora Bora. Bungalowen er en del af det idylliske sted, der oprindeligt blev bygget til Marlon Brando, og hvor hans gode kollega Jack Nicholson ejede hans private overvandsbungalow. Lokalbefolkningen kender dette sted bedre som 'The Condominiums'. FARE MANUIA er en dejlig privat bungalow designet med et twist af den traditionelle polynesiske kultur. Trævæggene og det originale tag giver en smag af friskhed, og de store vinduer giver det fantastiske Bora Bora-sollys strømme ind. Det er et fantastisk sted at bo for fire personer, der ønsker at nyde øparadiset, der er Bora Bora ... Det store komfortable soveværelse giver privat adgang til den forfriskende terrasse gennem skydedøre. De høje lofter med synlige bjælker gør rummet luftigt! For de fortryllende Bora Bora-nætter er FARE MANUIA udstyret med en loftventilator og fuldt plads klimaanlæg, vinduer er alle blevet mygttætte med myggenet, GRATIS WIFI, et bad med bruser, fuldt udstyret køkken, med kaffemaskine, brødrister, mikroovn, fire brænderovn, køleskab, og vi forsyner alle vores gæster med GRATIS kaffe og te. Our hosts were welcoming. We were met at the fair Landing taken to the property and provided a walk-through and keys to the car and house. We were shown how to use the appliances and instructed what the preferences were for when we departed.We were given some suggestions on places to eat and the hours of different establishments, which was greatly appreciated. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great off the beaten path place

We really enjoyed this property. It was away from some of the busier parts of the island and felt more homey than resorty.

Great view, cozy house

Coco's Place on the north end of Bora Bora has a tremendous view, access to a small beach with a covered picnic table and a relatively quiet location while also being just 15 mins from Vaitape harbor and the town's amenities. It's a cozy home with all the comforts you need to relax at the end of a great day out exploring and enjoying the island. The AC was much appreciated as was the warm shower after a long day.

Our stay at Coco’s place was wonderful. It is a good blend of countryside meets beautiful view. It was fully equipped with all the things needed for a comfortable stay. Having a car for the stay is a must and such a convenience. Natalie and Barthelemy are simply amazing. While there, they made sure that all our questions were answered. Everything thing from the pick up to drop off was organized and smooth.

Coco's place is at the north end of Bora Bora. It was essential to have a car to get around the island and this was included in the rental. The place had all you need: great views, full kitchen to make meals, laundry underneath, and had a double kayak. Adrian was super in communicating special tips on where to go. In particular, a 1 minute drive gets you to a Manta Ray cleaning station where my son and I saw 3 large rays at sunrise on the last day.

This home is exactly as presented online.Each room of the had AC (bedrooms, living room, kitchen).The rental car (Toyota Yaris yaris) was perfect for two persons, but had room for 4 with truck space for beach gear.The full size kitchen was complete, the fridge had a welcome box of juice and a bottle of water, some zip lock bags, basic spices, teas, coffee, sugar, cookong oil, etc was also found in the cupboards.The washer and seperate dryer (located under the house at the base of the stairs) worked very well.The deck was large, and the hammock soft/sturdy.Adrian was away, but was very responsive via WhatsApp.The windows and sliding doors had screens for fresh evening air without worry of insects. The shower had plenty of pressure and warm water, with dual sinks for his and hers toiletries. The view was spectacular, espeically the sunsets.Some local chickens would come to visit, obviously used to getting some bread crumbs from guests For a VRBO, this rental presents more as a resort with regards to amenities provided.There is a 2 person kayak for the more active guests, a loft with twin beds for children, and two seperate bedrooms with large beds for adults... one single bathroom. And of course the car, which although simple, had great AC and was fuel efficient (note - gas stations are closed on Sunday).We have already informed Adrian we would like to return for an even longer stay in the future... 5 stars!

Great views of the lagoon. Cozy living area. Great hosts. Loved having the house to ourselves. It’s on the ring road which is super convenient but can also be noisy. Would appreciate more towels as clothes dryer is not very efficient. Overall very much recommend.

Great rental! Nathalie was a wonderful host, we took a few minutes to have a conversation with her at check-in. She is a wealth of island knowledge. Great value since this rental INCLUDES a car for your entire stay. Beautiful view from the living room. Mauruuru!

We had an amazing stay at Coco's Place! We loved how it was on the north end of the island and away from the Vaitepe or Fanuii busy streets. The use of the car was much appreciated as we were able to go to the market and get our breakfast/dinner supplies. Plus we took a drive around the island just because. We also used it to head to the beach on the south side. Everything in the house made us feel at home. The cookware was sufficient, and there was tupperware for making sandwiches on the go. There is cool AC in every room and we were comfortable at all times! I know this is a big concern when going far from home. We usually keep the house at 71F or 22C. But we barely even needed AC in July since outside temps were dipping into the high 60's. The bathroom was clean and shower was nice and hot when needed. The washer and drier in the basement was very nice and we even brought our own tide pods from the states. It was nice to travel home with clean laundry. The bed was very comfortable. However, i wanted to kill the rooster outside the window in the mornings. I grew up on a farm, this would not have been a problem lol. But i did not want to horrify a neighbor so it got the hose on the back porch more than once. We had coffee on the front(side) porch every morning and stared out into the bay. On our last day, we took the canoe out. We should have done this sooner! There is wade-able and swimmable reefs and waters literally right in front of the house. Highly recommend!

50th Anniversary

The property was very nice, could use some upgrades, but overall, for the price was very nice, was very clean also. Having a car was very helpful, we made many trips to restaurant's etc. Nathalie was very nice, and helpfull. Would definitly recommend it. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

I can't say enough compliments for our stay at Coco's Place. The accommodations were clean and organized. The location was great-just minutes from Vaitape; making shopping and excursions easily accessible. The condominium had everything you need to cook a nice meal. We loved waking up every morning and having our coffee with a beautiful view of the water right off the living room/kitchen. The car was an added bonus to our stay. Our host was amazing and was very kind with prompt replies to our requests. His managers Natalie & Barthalemey were very friendly and helpful. Cutest couple ever. I would recommend this place to everyone and look forward to staying here again in the future.

We loved our stay here!

Coco's Place was an excellent choice for phase 2 of our Bora Bora vacation. (Phase 1 was one of the resorts.) It was conveniently located, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves, cook, snorkel, and have a great time! Having the use of a car along with our stay was the next level of convenience and utility! There can be some noise from traffic on the main road and occasionally roosters, but this is something that did not bother us because we tended to have an oscillating fan going at night while sleeping, which would drown out the other noises. The view was incredible, and we had so much fun snorkeling nearby and kayaking. Great communication from the hosts, as well as pick up and drop off from the resort and to the airport, which we very much appreciated. Nathalie was so helpful with a tour, and welcoming to the place, as well as explaining everything that needed to be. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering a visit!

Experience the real Bora Bora

Before spending a few nights at the St. Regis my wife and I spent three nights at this property on Bora Bora. What a treat! For those wanting to experience Bora Bora's lagoon without breaking the bank (and especially for a family or those travelling with friends) this is a perfect option. First, their is everything you need: comfy beds, big bathroom, a full kitchen, plenty of seating, and, yes, even a free car for your use! (and let's toss in a Western facing view for sunsets). The latter allowed us to drive down to the beach (scenic 20 minute drive) and also head into town for dinner and buying groceries. Also good to know if that if you book some restaurants or a tour of the lagoon you usually get a ride to and from the house. Highly recommended for either an entire stay or, as we did, to spend more time in Bora Bora without paying for a super pricey resort!

Bora Bora Bliss

Coco’s Place was the perfect fit for my husband and I. From Barthelemy picking us up at the dock and driving us to the house, to Nathelie giving us the full tour of the house, to the location, we were very pleased. We LOVED the privacy, the use of the car, and the location directly across the street from the sea where we swam all 8 days that we stayed. The shower had excellent water pressure, and having the washer and dryer was so appreciated! The only thing that we would suggest is purchasing a new stove, as the current one, even after directions from our host, was not working properly, and the other “oven” on property was too small to cook in. Also, so additional towels for the bathroom would be nice. Note to those with physical limitations,(which we do not have) the access to the home is up stairs, both from the road side, and the second steps are up to the front door, and for those with limited mobility, caution should be used. The communication with the owner, Adrian, was first rate! He was so responsive and just lovely to work with. We would most definitely love to stay again.

Truly Exceptional

I can't begin to say enough about this property! We were met at the ferry by Tituau and driven to the most comfortable, decorated to perfection, well supplied home with a spectacular view. The kitchen had all you needed to prepare a large meal, pots and pans, dishes, silverware to entertain 8+ not to mention the wide assortment of spices. The living area was a wall of glass that provided expansive views, as well as the deck....which is an extension of the indoor living space. The bedrooms are ample size and very comfortable, many outlets for whatever items you might have. The bathroom well stocked, large and the shower was wonderful, having a washer and dryer was an added convenience. I can't begin to recommend this home enough for a no worries, phenomenal place to stay, very comfortable neighborhood with an at home feeling. Outstanding air conditioning in the kitchen, living area and both bedrooms when needed. Adrian was so courteous, incredibly quick responses, relaxed, accommodating, and easy to deal with, made our 10 day stay a breeze. We will certainly be back without hesitation! It was was truly a dream vacation that I was sad I had to wake up from

Nice apartment for a stay in Bora Bora

Nice and clean apartment (fully equipped). It also offers kayaks to explore the lagoon. As a family we really enjoyed our stay. The host has been very friendly and helpful.

Such a great and comfortable home to stay in. Lots of room. Cozy. Air conditioners kept things comfortable. Amazing view of the sunset over the lagoon. Great amenities: well stocked kitchen (we cooked many of our meals), beach chairs were awesome, beach towels, car was in great condition (it is a manual)
