Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were notified the day before about the shower leaking in the 2nd floor bathroom, so we were unable to use that one. There is mold on the 3rd floor around vents and lights. The window in the master bedroom was not locked, so during a storm it fell open soaking some of our personal items. I was able to get it locked back. The door on the elevator would not open on the 1st floor. They did get that fixed during our stay. It does need some TLC, but it is a beautiful home, and the rental agency did help with anything needed.

Beautiful, Clean Property Near Beach

We had a wonderful stay. The best parts were the cleanliness, all the outdoor spaces, and the distance to the beach. I took off one star for the neighborhood only because it takes a bit to get out of the "vacation home area" and just find a simple store. Otherwise, it is a great location if you want to walk to the beach.

Last minute week in the sun

Without much notice, my wife and I needed to change vacation plans. We had a trip planned that didn't work out and had to be cancelled. We wanted to find somewhere that was sunny where we could sit by the pool and read books. We found this house online, and it was exactly what we wanted. We stayed one week and loved it. And the weather was great all week!

This year we decided to try out somewhere new and it didn't disappoint!Beautiful house, well maintained, everything we needed for out stay. Quiet community, easy to navigate to. Everyone got their own king bed and bathroom, which was amazing. Beautiful pool patio area, short walk to the beach. We will recommend this house to anyone!

Nice house and location

The house was very nice and had bikes and pool and beach items. Pool could not be used until day 4 of trip. Oven door would not stay shut , so until the manager got a bar to stick on it it couldn’t be used. There was nowhere to put groceries and most of the closets were locked for the owner’s stuff. Comfortable though and nicely decorated.

The House is appr 20 year old and more or less in good shape. It has 4 sleeping rooms and is suitable for up to 8 persons. Overall was just ok. It definitely is not worth the price we paid. It actually started off bad. So a couple of days before or trip we were told one of the showers are broken and will not be fixed before our stay so they said to make it right we can check in 4 hours early. Well ok that really doesn’t make a huge difference but we were like what ever. Well we get there the door to the elevator downstairs doesn’t work, again no deal breaker we have stairs. Then 2nd night there at like 3 am the smoke alarms started blaring so immediately we started looking for smoke or fire ( nothing) well the entire trip they go off randomly throughout the day and night very annoying! Just outside our pool all week we have construction vehicles loading and unloading ( very loud) when that wasn’t happening apparently it was the week they cut grass etc, very loud!! So not a very peaceful experience outside. Went to use the grill it was filthy! So we could not use that. The pool table that was listed like it was at the home is not it is apparently at the game room by the club house well its literally the only thing in there very disappointing to my son. Just not happy with the price we paid vs what we got. Its a good location and a nice place but that’s it just average we stay in the area every yr and by far this was the worst. Again especially for the price. We typically stay on the beach plus pool for a better price. Well live and learn i guess

But some cleaning items such as dead lizard in one bedroom and a lot of dead bugs on window frames under blinds need addressed with cleaning team. Also, some instructions on TV remote and Heat/Cool thermostat would be nice for unfamiliar person renting property.

Great spot for our family gathering but this home needs some TLC.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation however, the house definitely could use some maintenance. Many doors were hard to open, the downstairs had a hard time maintaining even 77 in the heat of the day, and the elevator safety devices that allowed the doors to open were a constant issue.
