We know how frustrating it can be when things fail to work during your vacation. It was our pleasure to get all these issues handled for you during your availability. Understanding that it can be frustrating to have to deal with these items, we did our best to fix the issues for you both quickly and efficiently so you and your family could enjoy the rest of your stay. We thank you for patience and hope that you and your family were still able to enjoy everything that the property as well as the area had to offer. If these issues were not handled to your full satisfaction, please send us your additional comments as we would be happy to know how we could have better the experience for you. Again, we thank you for your comments and regarding the oven, we have provided additional instructions to assist guests so they do not have the same problem. Furthermore, at your convenience, we happily refilled the propane tank for you and to avoid this in the future, we have added a backup propane tank for those instances.
