Romantisk Oceanview Guesthouse. Trin fra stranden!

Bare en to minutters (75 yard) gåtur til smukke Kailua Beach ved hjælp af vores private strand adgang! Aircondition og Wifi inkluderet. Helt nyt køkken og badeværelse i slutningen af 2018.

Denne dejlige 'hawaiian-stil' 700 kvadratmeter studio har hvælvede lofter, et stort flisebelagt badeværelse og et køkken samt smukke trægulve overalt. Det har en delvis havudsigt med fine handelsvind på den private ovenpå skifer lanai. Parkering på stedet er inkluderet.

Studiet er adskilt fra hovedhuset, adskilt af en stor gård. Det har en privat indgang og ingen fælles vægge. Kælenavnet 'The Treehouse' på grund af de mange omkringliggende træer og ø-stil landskabspleje.

good Kailua spot

Clean, well-designed efficiency unit above garage with windows on three sides and fans if you like living tropical, and a functional air conditioning unit if you like/need that. Very close to the beach; off a main road. Parking for one car. Owner available via messaging and pleasantly responsive. Just perfect for my trip.

Perfect Spot!!

This is the perfect spot.. you are steps from the beach in a quest little back street. Kalapawai Market is 100 yards away as is a little spot with great food. Neighborhood is quiet and the beach is all locals. The place provides excellent value!

Wonderful property, close to the beach. Unfortunately, it rained the whole time we were there. One note, the Vizio entertainment system is satisfactory, however, I would have preferred to have some local Honolulu TV channels besides the Vizio System.

Tree house at Lanikai

Our stay in Lanikai was incredible. The neighborhood, property and room were excellent. The relaxing and calm beach a stones throw away, as well as food and shopping. Our hosts were accommodating and attentive, ready to answer any question immediately. It was such a fun and romantic stay, we loved every minute and highly recommended choosing this for your next getaway.

Fantastic studio steps from the beach.

Hard to imagine a better place to stay in a beautiful studio with a nice deck with filtered ocean view and only about 30 yards to beach access path.

Just a short walk to the beach

10/10 will definitely stay here again next time we're on Oahu. Just a short walk to the beach. So close we could see the water every morning on the great lanai while having bfast and coffee. Communication with Maureen was great. Quiet location/residential area. Has everything you need for your stay including things for the beach. A/C is a bonus.

Paradise

This adorable unit is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: fully stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, even all the beach toys like chairs, ice chest, beach towels, floaty toys and boogie boards! Just bring your swimsuit and enjoy the very short walk down a private trail to a beach with the softest sand I’ve ever experienced. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I can’t wait to go back!

Great Location!

We had a lovely stay here while enjoying vacation and traveling for work. We teleworked from the property for a couple days and found the WiFi and setup to be great. The location is so close to the beach and numerous shops and restaurants. Short drive into Kailua for additional services. Two things of note for others. The bed is on the softer side and there isn’t a dishwasher so dishes are hand washed. Whoever stayed before us did a so-so job with cleaning them, so we ended up having to rewash before using in some cases. In the scheme of things these were fairly minor and we loved staying here!

Stay here!!!!

Best location, best price, best everything!! It felt like we were Kailua residents for a few days - private parking, private beach entrance (far enough from the public beach that we had the beach to ourselves), and the accommodations are perfect. Hosts had thought of everything for us - cooler, beach chairs, towels, even after sun aloe for when I didn’t wear enough sunscreen. Perfect getaway for a couple, even has a private balcony with a sunrise ocean view. Stay here!!

Great location

It’s a small place, basically just one large room. Certainly perfect for someone traveling alone as I was. Also fine for a couple who doesn’t mind a smaller place. The location is absolutely unbeatable, being a very short walk to the sand.

This place is legit!! The location is incredible--a short walk down a private path to a wonderful, quiet beach. This place is perfect for a couples trip--plenty of room and all the amenities you could ask for. We will definitely stay here again!!

Extraordinary

The “treehouse” is amazing in every way, from the location steps away from the beach, to the beautiful aesthetic and friendly neighbors, to the ease and kindness of check-in and communication with the owner. Best place I’ve ever stayed in all of Hawaii, and I’ve been to the islands many times. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Great Kailua Beachside Stay

Clean, quiet, and well-equipped with good quality chairs and towels for beach days and plenty of cooking tools for meals. The only thing missing is standard height seating. The small breakfast table has stools, and the table on the lanai is a high-top with oversized chairs. An ergonomic challenge for us, but otherwise a great unit and the perfect location.

Small paradise

Great and easy access to the beach, in out opinion the most beautiful beach in Oahu. The treehouse has everything you may need, very clean, have a nice balcony to have your breakfast, complete kitchen, the bed is very soft to my liking but it’s ok. It’s close to a nice market (Kalapawai) 👍

Amazing location that can't be beat!

We had a wonderful stay at the Tree House. The property was just as described. Communication with Maureen was great. The location of this property can't be topped. Just steps along a private path to a beautiful beach! Lots of nearby restaurants to choose from and an easy drive to many great sights to see. You won't regret booking here. We hope to return in the not too distant future!

Treehouse stay in Kailua

Great location with easy access to Kailua Beach. Everything was provided that we needed for our stay including beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler. Well maintained. Also an air conditioner when needed though the tropical breezes kept it quite cool inside at most times.

Great place, great location, we're coming back

This is a lovely, spacious studio that is laid out perfectly. No cramped feeling in this unit. Lots of windows facing the beach so there's delightful air flow and the soothing sound of waves breaking on the beach. We didn't have to turn on the air conditioner even once. Lanai is positioned on east side for terrific roof top dining, sunrise watching and a peak of Kailua Bay. Kitchen was well equipped with nice, new dishes and cookware. Cupboard had a nice selection of condiments, teas and spices. Bathroom was spacious with a lovely rock floor shower. The unit is nicely divided by a half wall so you don't ever feel like you're living in the bedroom or sleeping in the living area. VERY clean, not a single bug visitor during our stay. We couldn't find any garbage bags, so we called Maureen and some bags showed up on our front step within hours. The walk to the beach is REALLY only 75 yards, through an unlocked, clean walkway. Easy to race over ten minutes before classic Kailua beach sunrises without spilling your coffee. We fully intend to return to this unit on our next visit to Kailua.
