Beliggende ud for Middle Gulf Drive, er Sundial T201 placeret på anden sal med elevator i bygningen. Vores ferie leje ejerlejlighed tilbyder udsigt over bugten fra skærmen i verandaen, et fuldt udstyret køkken og vaskemaskine / tørretumbler i enheden. Det rummelige soveværelse har en king size seng med eget badeværelse, mens gæstesoveværelset tilbyder to enkeltsenge. Gæstebadeværelse er nær soveværelset og ud af gangen. Den har en sovesofa og lukker for privatlivets fred. Der er en ekstra sovesofa i stuen. Stuen og den møbler er ny fra Florida Leather Gallery. Enheden er udstyret med strand stole, paraply og badehåndklæder, alle placeret i den private cabana, på lavere niveau, tilgængelig via spiral trappe fra Lanai. Gratis wifi til rådighed i enheden.

I feel as if you need more supplies available like garbage bags, toilet paper, tissues. There were not enough to last a 4 day trip I would assume if we stayed long it would have been a mess. The condo was awesome, beautiful and clean and the resort was fun. Had excellent food and tiki bar. Pools were clean and quiet

This was a great place to bring our kids for their first time to the ocean! They had a blast and so did we! The condo was amazing! The only small complaint I’d have is that the bed wasn’t comfortable but other than that— it was absolutely amazing! We would definitely come back!

The place was very clean and very spacious for six people. Had a little trouble actually finding T201 because it was 1 AM but a nice man helped us to find it. The pool was open and the AC was perfect. Kitchen had everything. we only needed some full length mirrors in the bedrooms. We enjoyed a puzzle that we got from the closet. The TVs had excellent choices. We were only concerned about not being able to lock the back sliding doors when we went out the back to the beach. You could only lock them from the inside and then you would have to go out the front door and go down to the beach. There was a key lock on the gate before you went down the spiral stairs, but we never found a key. They said there were keys in an access box beside the front door, but there wasn’t any. We never found any keys. Therefore, when we went to the beach out the back and we were gone all day, anyone could have walked into the condo while we were gone. I sent a text message on Thursday or Friday, but never got an answer. I might have sent it to the wrong number. That wasn’t a huge deal, because not many people were there and there wasn’t that much foot traffic out back at the time . we would definitely stay there again. Great stay.

We are also very grateful to the kind neighbor who pointed you in the right direction during your late 1:00 AM arrival! Thank you as well for your constructive feedback. We love the suggestion for full-length mirrors in the bedrooms and have added that to our list of upcoming additions. Regarding the back access and lockbox: we are so sorry for the confusion and concern that caused while you were enjoying the beach. We are actively inspecting the lockbox beside the front door to ensure physical keys are always readily accessible, and we are reviewing our contact channels so incoming guest texts are never missed.

We understand that seeing fewer available pools than expected can be disappointing. We do include a disclaimer in the listing description and house rules that specifies that only one of the community pools is currently operational due to ongoing maintenance and management decisions by the Homeowners Association, which is unfortunately outside of our control as property managers. We aim to keep all our guests fully informed before booking, but we clearly missed the mark here, and we apologize for that. Sundial 201 is a beautiful, well-stocked and well-maintained condo, with lots of room. The reserved parking space is right beside the stairs and close to two elevators, and the condo was just a few steps away on the second floor. The downstairs patio was convenient for storing beach gear, and the beach cart rolled right out onto the pathway to a fantastic beach for shelling and relaxing. The property location is close to the Sanibel bridge, making it easy to get across to Fort Myers, and also close to the main road across Sanibel and over to Captiva.

Love Sanibel Island

The condo was spacious and comfortable. It is located in the middle of Sanibel. Nice distance for a walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. Would be interested in leasing or buying this condo in the future. Great stay !!!!!!!!!

Sanibel Spring break

The unit was lovely and very clean. Very well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. The condo pool was not open yet but for a small fee we were able to enjoy the resort pool. We all had a wonderful time.

Great condo

Great location, clean and spacious condo. check in easy and convenient. Only criticism is master bed not super comfortable, and counter stools would be nice. Would return to this condo!

Thank you so much for your review. We’ll certainly look at the master bed, however, it’s fairly new and mattresses can be so tough as some guests prefer soft and others more firm. Hope to welcome you back again soon

Pros: the apartment is beautiful and spacious. Recently remodeled. The area was empty we almost had the beach to our self and it was very convenient to be near the resort. It was very convenient to have the beach equipment ready when we arrived. Cons: the apartment floor was extremely dirty. Our feet turned instantly black if we walked around barefoot. The rental company did respond promptly and sent a cleaning crew but it’s definitely not something you should want to worry about and we spent the rest of the trip wondering what else was dirty. The apartment only has one parking spot, that is not advertised. But there is plenty of space for cars to park and I feel like we could’ve brought a second car but the rental company made it seem like that was impossible. Overall, we might stay again if the upkeep of the apartment improves.

While I am glad our team responded promptly to send a cleaning crew, I completely understand your frustration—you should never have to worry about cleanliness while on vacation. We have addressed this directly with our housekeeping lead for this property to ensure a deep-clean protocol is strictly followed between every guest. Regarding the parking, I appreciate you bringing that up. While we are often bound by strict Homeowner Association (HOA) rules that limit us to one guaranteed spot per unit, we will review our listing descriptions to make sure this is communicated even more clearly. We always want to be transparent about what to expect so you can plan your trip with confidence. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would love the opportunity to welcome you back for a truly "spotless" 5-star experience in the future.

enjoyable

Except for the problem with the air conditioning which was solved before we went to bed, we were very happy with the apt and our stay.

The condo is great. The furniture and beds are comfortable and I easily found the linens for the pull-out couch. The check-in process was easy and owners were communicative. My only drawback is the pool being under construction, which was in fine print of the listing. They were actively working on it, so ideally this would not be a factor longterm. We did have to purchase 50/day per person passes to the main Sundial pool in order to use one, a cost we did not anticipate.

We are truly sorry for the disappointment regarding the pool construction and, specifically, the unanticipated cost of the Sundial passes. We understand that $50 per person, per day is a significant unexpected expense, and we regret that the necessity and fee for that alternative option were not communicated clearly enough in the listing. We are immediately reviewing our listing language to ensure the temporary pool situation and any associated alternative costs are much more prominent and impossible to miss, allowing future guests to budget appropriately. Thank you for your patience while the complex completes this necessary upgrade. We hope that once the work is finalized, you’ll consider returning to enjoy the condo—and the fully open, beautiful new pool—next time you visit!

Pool was out of order. We did not know about the toll and the no see ems bit us every time we went out.
