Alina, it was a pleasure to have you in the house, the communication with Amanda was incredible, she was a great host for your group of women. Unfortunately, Tulum is under development, a few years ago it was discovered as a vacation destination and began to develop, it is estimated that it will be fully developed in about 4-5 years. The government does not consider paving the streets in their entirety as they want to maintain the essence of a jungle, however when they finish developing it, they will make alterations to the streets and at the same time maintain the attractiveness of a jungle. You arrived in a few days when the rains had just passed and for more efforts that all property owners make in Tulum to fumigate in weekly basis, after days of rain we struggle to eliminate the bugs 100% , I would like to know what happened immediately, and give a solution, we are used to work for our guests throughout their stay, I am sure that on your next visit these details will no longer be there because now we are working on this twice to avoid it, it is always our goal to give our guests a pleasant stay. Thank you very much again and I hope we can serve you again soon!
