Hi Shamara, Thank you for the kind feedback. We're so pleased that you and your family enjoyed your stay and had a great experience. It was truly our pleasure to host you. We would also like to note that there may have been a misunderstanding about how the hot tub is designed to be used. The system operates according to specific guidelines that help maintain safety and performance for all guests. We're always happy to provide assistance or clarification whenever needed. Thank you again for choosing our property. We greatly appreciate your stay and hope to welcome you back again in the future. Kenny

Hi Jim, Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that you and your group had a great stay and that the home comfortably accommodated all 12 golfers. It's wonderful to know you enjoyed the cleanliness of the property, the spacious layout, the pool, and the well-stocked kitchen with its appliances and utensils. We also appreciate you taking the time to share your suggestions. We've already added teaspoons to our kitchen inventory checklist and will ensure they are readily available for future guests. Additionally, we will inspect and service the pool slider to make sure it operates more smoothly and safely. We're glad the hot tub met your needs. Just as a note for future visits, the hot tub is typically maintained at a comfortable soaking temperature and does not normally require significant heating time. Depending on use and cover placement, guests may occasionally experience different starting temperatures, which can create the impression that it needs to be heated up quickly. Thank you again for choosing our home. We truly appreciate your feedback and are pleased that your group had an enjoyable golfing getaway. We would be happy to host you again on your next trip! Kenny

Hi Shawanda, Thank you for your kind words about the home—we’re glad to hear you found it spacious and enjoyed your stay! We also appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve. The sofa had been replaced prior to your stay and no longer includes a pull-out bed; however, we regret that the listing description was not updated in time—this was our oversight, and we’ve since corrected it. For future guests, we’re happy to provide portable beds upon request to ensure everyone is comfortable. Regarding the grill, there are two propane tanks on the property, and one of them is filled and stored in the garage. We’re sorry this wasn’t clear during your stay and will be updating our instructions to make this easier to find. Thank you again for staying with us and for your helpful feedback. Kenny

Hi Mike, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that your group’s golf trip was such a success and that the home exceeded expectations. We’re glad you enjoyed the pool—it’s always a guest favorite—and that all of the rooms were comfortable and perfectly suited for your stay. We truly appreciate you choosing our home for your getaway. It was a pleasure hosting your group, and we’d love to welcome you back for your next golf trip or vacation in the area! Kenny

Hi Hattie Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. While we appreciate the feedback, we respectfully dispute several of the claims made. We maintain high standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and property readiness, and the home was prepared and inspected prior to arrival. If the reported issues—including missing shower curtain liners, an unswept kitchen floor, urine in a toilet, and non-functioning ice maker dispensers and dishwashers—had been present during the stay, we would have expected them to be reported so they could be promptly verified and addressed. Neither our team nor local management received any notification regarding these concerns. Notably, when the kitchen disposal became jammed after a substantial amount of chicken skins and bones was placed into it, we were notified immediately and responded accordingly. This demonstrates that guests had a clear and effective means of communicating issues to management. Had any of the concerns referenced above been reported, we would have taken immediate action. Given the lack of any report during the stay and our established inspection procedures, we are unable to substantiate these claims and respectfully disagree with the characterization of the property's condition. We remain committed to maintaining high standards and resolving any concerns promptly when they are brought to our attention. Sincerely Kenny

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to read this review, especially since none of the concerns mentioned were reported during your stay. We are always available to assist guests and would have gladly addressed any issues had they been brought to our attention. We take pride in maintaining high standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction, and the property is regularly inspected to ensure all amenities are operating properly. Regarding the hot tub, heating is an optional add-on that was requested after arrival. We promptly activated the heat upon request, and no concerns were raised during the stay regarding its operation or temperature. The message we received was: "Good morning Can you send the invoice to heat the hot tub, some of the guests wanted to use the hot tub for 3 days please send the invoice. Thanks!" After the service was provided, payment for the agreed charge was disputed, requiring Vrbo's involvement to resolve the matter. We encourage all guests to contact us during their stay if anything does not meet expectations so we have the opportunity to help. Unfortunately, the concerns raised in this review were never communicated to us at the time. We remain committed to providing a quality experience and appreciate the many guests who recognize the care and standards we consistently uphold.

Hi Mary, We're especially glad you appreciated the home's features, accurate listing description, and our responsiveness throughout your stay. Our goal is to provide guests with a comfortable, stress-free vacation experience from booking through checkout, and it's rewarding to know we delivered on that for your group. We also appreciate your feedback regarding parking. While the property comfortably accommodates up to four vehicles in the garage and driveway, local community regulations do not permit street parking, which can create challenges for larger groups traveling with multiple cars. We try to make this information clear prior to arrival so guests can plan accordingly, and we appreciate your understanding. Thank you again for choosing our home for your vacation. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable stay in the future! Safe travels until then. Kenny
