First off, I am very sorry for the issues you had when you rented the home. I have already asked my Operations Team to do a deep clean of the home, change the linens, check the AC (which is maintained quarterly) and about reinstalling the pool net. The fridge replacement drawers were ordered and will be installed soon. Thank you for being our guest and for your feedback, we want our future guests to be more comfortable

Thank you for your kind words and helpful feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the pool, game room, movie area, and the comfort of the beds. We appreciate you letting us know about the fan and air conditioning issue in the front bedroom — we’ll have maintenance look into that to improve guest comfort. Regarding washcloths, for sanitary reasons, they are not provided, but we understand this can be an adjustment, and many guests bring their own. As for garbage bags, we do provide guidelines to ensure proper disposal and cleanliness, but we appreciate the suggestion to include garbage bags — we will consider this to make future stays more convenient. Hello Hiram. Thank you for choosing this rental and for your feedback. The owner insisted to send her private professional to handle both issues and due to the weekend, with limited handymen available, she was not able to provide you with immediate services. I apologize about this. After reviewing your reservation thread, I have seen that help was sent to you and it was resolved. This situation has been permanently resolved and we hope to serve you even better next time.

We understand your frustration, but we want to clarify that all damage charges are based on detailed, time-stamped photos taken at check-in and check-out. Our damage policy is clearly outlined in the rental agreement — any stains, missing, or broken items must be replaced or compensated for. The photos you’ve seen are factual evidence supporting these charges. We always strive to be transparent and fair in all cases. Regarding the pool heat refund and cleaning delays, we regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience as we addressed those issues. We take guest satisfaction seriously and encourage open communication to resolve any concerns promptly. — Wonder Vacation Homes
