The very best beach house you can ask for

We absolutely loved staying at this house. There were 11 of us total and the house had rooms and beds for everyone plus some! If you have babies, it had everything you need, including baby gates, high chair, and pack n plays. 10/10 will absolutely stay again.

Ideal House and Location for Family Vacation

This house suited our families needs perfectly. (4 families 3 with 5 children) The houses layout, location to the beach, and pool make it idea for the littles. Not to mention that the house is beautiful inside and out. We had one small issue with kitchen that was quickly resolved. Host communication was quick and responsive.

Beautiful home!

We reserved this beach house for a company retreat. We absolutely loved everything about the house. It was incredibly beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. It was very close to the beach and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the back yard. Tiffany, the owner, was extremely prompt on returning emails and answering questions. Will be looking into this rental again in the future for family vacations.

Better Than Great!

This is a house that more than lives up to expectations. It is close to the beach, but the back yard pool area is a destination in itself. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed and the living spaces are both functional and comfortable. If our travels take us back to St. Augustine, we will definitely try to book this house again. We loved our stay. Thanks for allowing us to share your home.

Beautiful beach house!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The check in process was seamless and the host was very responsive to any questions. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. The pool was beautiful and a great temperature. The beach was an easy walk and it was nice to also be able to drive on the beach to drop off those in our party with limited mobility. Our family has rented many vacation homes, and this was one of our favorites!

Great family getaway!

I stayed with family (8 adults 18; 5 kids 3-12) and it was everything we needed. Our own pool and hot tub, plenty of private sleeping areas and bathrooms, easy access to the beach and a quiet neighborhood (we took evening walks every night and it's a great area for that). It was really nice that the house comes equipped with kids plates/silverware (and even had a pack & play if needed). Host communicated within 24 hours every time when needed. Great walkable beach with clear water. Pool guys came to check on saltwater and chemicals and they had pool towels and beach toys (like boogie boards and kids toys) at the house. Great stay!!

Just Beachy was perfect!

This house did not disappoint. There was lots of room for multiple families, gorgeous backyard and pool, plenty of beach toys we could borrow, and easy walk to the beach. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. Even though you can drive on the beach at lower tides, we still felt that it was safe for the kids. It was a holiday weekend but it never seemed overcrowded. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

GREAT house, awesome pool, VERY helpful owners, close to beach

We LOVED the house - it was clean and huge and housed our entire family plus my parents. We loved the open concept on the main level with the big kitchen / den space. The kids rooms with bunks were awesome and glad they had their own bathroom. The master bed was super cozy. We had some issues with the pool not heating but the owners were ON IT and very helpful in getting it fixed. We also had only a few washcloths for the entire household but the owners were QUICK to respond to my message and had 10 washcloths SHIPPED out to the house next day. So helpful and responsive. My only "critique" would be that the water pressure was very low in the showers & one of the neighbors was not a fan of our loud/happy/boisterous children haha, but other than that we loved this house and would totally come back again! Thankful for responsive and helpful owners and the big house and awesome pool and easy walk to the beach. Thanks for having us!

Great location, minor issues

Overall, we loved our stay. First, the good. Amazing location, great amenities, close to the beach, and the pool was fantastic. Also close to grocery stores and tons of restaurants. Very spacious rooms and common areas. It was also great to have beach carts and some toys that we were available for us to use. Now the bad... ants. When we arrived, there was a significant amount of ants in the kitchen, main floor bathroom, and a bedroom. Clearly it was from past renters not cleaning up spilled crumbs, etc., but they were still there. There was also some mold on the ceiling of the upstairs main bathroom water closet. The owner was extremely quick with replies to my concerns. An exterminator was called and sent the very next day, with some traps and external spray. She was very apologetic about the issues and thanked me for bringing them to her attention. Aside from the issues, we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here at this beautiful house.

Thank you for staying with us! Yes, we were also surprised by the ants and bathroom ceiling so I really appreciate you letting me know ASAP about both so we could address the concern. Because you let me know, I was able to contact our ac guy about the water closet vent creating condensation in there and the pest company. We are glad your stay otherwise was lovely and would gladly host tou again!

Hi! My name is Tiffany Thomas and I grew up coming to St. Augustine Beach as a child on my family vacations. Now that my husband, Matt, and I have kids, we wanted to create the same memories and experiences we loved growing up. The beach has always been our family's "happy place" and we would love to share our beach home with you and your family so that you can relax, play and enjoy the ocean breezes, calming waves and fun activities that St. Augustine offers.

We love entertaining and traveling with our friends and extended family so when we built our beach home, we had that lifestyle in mind. "Just Beachy" is a great getaway to bring multiple families and still each family have their own space.
