The apartment was just as pictured views amazing however the pool was closed my entire stay. There was only one fork to eat with and there was two guest in my party the iron runs water right back out when you put it in. Over everything else was great I just feel if your going to call it luxury it should be properly stocked as so no eating utensil and I broken iron which we needed is just Pennie’s spent supply the unit with utensils and a working iron and then you can call it luxury hope this helps to better serve the guest

We only got one key fob for two of us. We needed two so we could go out separately. Electric outlets in primary bath didn’t work. We paid for parking and there was no instructions on where to park just a parking spot number. The spot the gave us was taken… the card for parking did not work.

Excellent views

The views of the city at night was phenomenal. The rooms were fabulous. We did have a roll down shade that was broken in guest room that only gave a partial view of the city. Also, no ice maker but overall very nice stay

Beautiful penthouse, well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds! We were there on business and enjoyed relaxing with a great view in the evenings and watching the sun rise over Atlanta in the morning. Highly recommend.

Great place with hiccups

I would rent this place again but there was a unfortunate finding in one of the bedrooms so I would definitely have to check to make sure rooms are cleaned thoroughly. Also the wifi did not work the entire stay so I would want to check that upfront before purchase. For a penthouse and money paid that, along with the cleaning was unacceptable but my overall stay was pleasant.

LaShawn, We are terribly sorry about the housekeeping situation. We hope we made it right for you. We have since had Google Fiber come out and remedy the wifi issue. Please let us know when you're in the area again so we can host you with a proper stay.

The view!

This place ruined it for us lol…we can’t ever stay anywhere but here ever again. The views are stunning, the property overall is so high end. Pool and all amenities left us speechless. The cons are very very minor….you’re obviously in the middle of Midtown so the street noise is pretty loud in the middle of the night. Also, since this unit is on the top floor and is full of windows, the unit does not cool down very easily during the day even with the AC turned way down. But all of that was very manageable given the fact you woke up to the city skyline! Would 100% stay here again. Text communication with the staff was great. We got a little freaked out when the front desk concierge didn’t have any keys for us or any information about where we were staying. Turns out they must not be directly connected to the provider of this unit. Once ALR saw my text about not being able to check in, They came right down and we were only down there waiting for about five minutes. Thanks for a great first trip to ATL!

Great Unit Not So Great Communication

There was a ton of confusion at check in. Finding the parking garage and related spot was a challenge. Also the staff at the facility were not accommodating at check in. We were also not given access to the key pad to Open the unit prior to check in. We had to reach out. Overall the unit was beautiful and clean. Great location and the decor is amazing!!! The views are also breathtaking

Sorry to hear you had less than superior service. We strive to give all of our guests a 5 star experience. Unfortunately, we do not work from the property so we meet everyone at check in to show them exactly where to park and how to access the unit. The door code to the unit is given at check in and not earlier as the unit needs to be prepped, cleaned and sanitized properly before you are able to enter. We hope to host you again!

Weekend Stay

The penthouse view was stunning to say the least. The home was decorated with sleek & modern designs. The property itself was great. I did have some issues with my gate card and guest/master shower. I sent an email to the property management company but didn’t get a response. I went then went to the concierge’s desk to try to get a resolve. The desk agent sent a maintenance tech up to fix the shower. He completed the repair in less than five minutes. The agent was also able to contact the property management company to get me another gate card. Overall I was happy with my stay.
