The host was very responsive and accommodating when we had a need. It was a cool first day so the basketball court was a hit when the weather wasn’t warm enough for the pool.

A great place

This house was great for a family with kids. The pool was amazing… especially the night lights on the pool. It is a berry quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Walmart and many food options. I will definitely stay again!

Nice stay

We had a really good stay here, the house was very nice. The house was as reflected in the listing. One of the best things was how responsive and helpful the owner was whenever we had a question or needed anything.

Extremely beautiful home in central location!

The host is very thoughtful and kind. The home was decorated beautifully! The pool was absolutely gorgeous and the basketball hoop was an added bonus! Very quiet neighborhood and overaized yard with privacy fence. Central location! 15 min or less to beach!

Great little spot!

We loved this spot… only did a 1 day, basically, got in late on day 1, enjoyed the day and left early the next day… the only thing that was a bummer was the WiFi speed. We didn’t reach out to the host, if we stayed longer we would have… but… that was the only bummer about the place.

PROS: Host was excellent at responding to all questions and accommodating to early checkin. Property was located at a great location, close to restaurants/grocery stores/beach/airport. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked with necessities. Appliances were clean and functional. Pool was a selling point! Plenty of backyard space.CONS: Ant problem. Pool pump was on some sort of timer so water flow was minimal. House rules did not match instructions on listing. For example: parking on the grass, pool info (remote did not work, pump). Sound volume monitors on the property? That was odd. Parking was limited due to rule of not being able to park on grass -- even though house instructions indicated we could.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay for a full month at our home. We informed you that our pool was not heated at least 4 months before your stay and we did not hear from you during your stay about anything being broken or we would be happy to address and replace

The location and size was perfect for our family Thanksgiving gathering. The house could use better maintenance and cleaning as we needed to sweep and mop right after we arrived. Opened, and half eaten food was left in the kitchen and we found a mildewed washcloth shoved in the sink garbage disposal after trying to use it. Not a fancy house but manageable. Wi-Fi was advertised but unavailable, leaving us without any Thanksgiving football games. Overall experience was good and the host was a good communicator.

I always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if anything needs attention, as I’m happy to address concerns right away. The home does have active Wi-Fi, with access details provided in the house handbook and successfully used by previous guests. Your comments have been shared with our cleaning team. Great hom for kids and adults!

Clean home with plenty of space. Kids could share a room and adults had comfortable rooms to themselves. Backyard and pool were fantastic and were used a lot. Even did some cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. Had spices and oils ready for use too. Neighborhood is quiet, safe, and easy to get everywhere. Quick trip to beach, great ice cream and food options on the surrounding main roads. Hosts were super responsive too! Had an issue with the door code and got a response a minute later. Problem fixed. Great place!

November 2022

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The good: It was a perfect location for us and the owner was quick to respond with any issues. Plenty of towels, washer and dryer and space for the kids, what more could you ask! The not so good: A few bings and bangs around the house from renting and we did have an issue with the pool pump breaking down, which bummed the kids out because they weren't able to swim the last couple of days and unfortunately the pool company could not fix it until after we left. The owner did apologize and it was no fault of her own, we just happened to stay after a hurricane hit! All in all it was a comfortable stay, and we would rent again. -Kiersten

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the property. We do want to clarify that there was no ant issue when you arrived, nor is this an ongoing issue at the property. During your stay, we experienced a period of heavy rain, and with exterior doors being frequently opened, ants can unfortunately find their way inside, which is common in Florida. As soon as you notified us, we responded immediately and had our exterminator come out to treat the property. We also followed up with him afterward to make sure the treatment was working. We appreciate you bringing the other items to our attention as well. Had we known about the TV or that you needed pot holders during your stay, we would have been happy to address those right away. Thank you for staying with us

Good

We liked the property, mostly at night time to rest for next day’s adventure. Pool is designed for swimmers, little ones are to be within the first 3 steps as it deeps fast.

Wonderful stay

The stay was not only wonderful the host was even better. From the moment we arrived she even left us a surprise in the refrigerator. She was receptive and even after we left when my daughter left my AirPods there, here cleaning people found them and they were mailed back to me. The location is very central to everything. The house was clean and more than enough space. The pool was the best part. My family enjoyed the pool and the basketball as well!! Would highly recommend!!!
