Denne vidunderlige rækkehus vil hjælpe dig med at gøre dine hawaiiansk ferie drømme! Smukt indrettede og veludstyrede du vil finde alle de bekvemmeligheder i hjemmet i denne fantastiske tropiske omgivelser. Det luksuriøse master suite vil ikke skuffe med en kingsize-seng, privat Lanai, stue og rummelig fem stykke mester bad. Det andet soveværelse har også vidunderlige privatliv med eget bad. Sengene i det andet soveværelse kan opstilles som en konge eller to tvillinger, du vælger! Den største sal har en godt designet åbent koncept stue / spiseplads med et stort, fuldt udstyret køkken komplet med rustfrit apparater og granit bordplader. I stueetagen Lanai er et vidunderligt sted for udendørs liv med en Viking grill og vask med sin egen mad prep plads.

Det er en 2 værelses / 2. 5 badeværelse byhus med en garage og kun få minutter fra to hvide sandstrande (walkable og drivbare) og en sort sandstrand! Det kan sove 6 komfortabelt. Shopping, golf, tennis, restauranter, og flere er inden for vores udvej samfund af Mauna Lani.

Beach Club adgang til alle vores gæster !! Vi forlader vores adgangskort for vores gæster til at bruge under dit ophold-privat gated parkering, gratis cabana / strand stol brug. AMAZING BEACH til afslapning, snorkling og vand rekreation!

Mauna Lani ligger nord for Kona på den vestlige side af Big Island. Det har en overflod af solskin og fremherskende passatvinde. Vores sommerhus er inden Mauna Lani i et indhegnet udvikling kaldet The Fairways. Den har en smuk udvej stil swimmingpool med boblebad og fredelige vandfald. Beach club, at alle vores gæster har adgang til, er let tilgængeligt med cykel eller bil og giver strandstole og cabanas, så du grundigt kan slappe af i din tropiske paradis. Begge strande er fantastisk til børn, og du kan snorkle lige fra stranden (vi har badedyr og snorkeludstyr på det hjem, du er velkommen til at bruge). Du kan også spise på stranden restaurant eller planlægge et væld af vandrekreatieaktiviteter på strandklubben.

KILUEA LAVA FLOW EFFECT: MINIMAL. VI ER OVER 100 MILES FRA VOLKANOEN OG BESØGER DEN OCCASIONALE HØJ ATMOSFÆRE VOG, SOM vi har haft siden 80'erne har ingen virkning i denne del af øen. Det er så smukt som altid!

What a great location. The condo was very comfortable for our two couples! We enjoyed the layout, access to the pool and hot tub, and nice walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable! Close restaurants too. Our stay was great!

This home was perfect for our stay. We had access to the Mauna Lani beach club and it was an easy trip to several other great beaches in the area. We really appreciated all of the gear that was available to us including snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler. We had everything we needed for a great time everywhere we went.

Very Nice Place

We had a great time at Mary and Alan's place. They take excellent care of their property and it's obvious that they want their guests to enjoy a nice Hawaiian experience.

Beautiful location! The beaches and snorkeling were fantastic. Kitchen was well equipped and close to excellent dining. Lots of equipment for snorkeling, cycling, picnics, etc.

Thank you for the review, Andrea. It was unfortunate that you did not know how to properly use the Vrbo welcome guide for check-in as it had all of the information that you need. Our guests use it all the time and have no issues, but I understand you could not find the gate and door code prior to arrival. We allow access to that guide three days ahead of arrival. For our future guests, please do take a look at that prior to arrival for a smooth check in process. There is a lot of really good information in there, as well as the things important to know before you arrive. Also, the snorkel gear is there is a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed as things can break when they are used by others. We do ask all of our guests to please throw away anything that is broken, I hope you did the same for any snorkels that are no longer operational.

Location, Location, Location!

We spent over 3 weeks in this great townhouse and loved it! The location is perfect, close to the pool area but far enough to where you don't hear all the action. The unit has everything you could need for a great vacation. And having access to the Beach Club is a fantastic bonus! We hope to return next year!

Great Complex, Great Condo!

The location of this condo within the Fairways was perfect - close to the pool yet far enough away so we couldn't hear any noise. The kitchen was well equipped (they even had travel mugs and water bottles!), which we appreciated since we didn't eat out too much. Great to have access to the beach club when we didn't want to venture too far (and the food and the ambiance at the Napua restaurant there is good too).

Great location and property!

We enjoyed access to the beach club and all the beach toys very much. The water was calm and perfect for our 5 and 9-year-olds. They boogie boarded, snorkeled and built sand castles. It was also nice to have access to cabanas, bathrooms and the restaurant. The kitchen was great for us to have stocked up at Costco on arrival. Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Would recommend!

Comfortable Fairways Townhouse

We have been vacationing at the Fairways complex for 10 years and during that time have stayed at many different units. This one is attractively furnished with comfortable beds we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The reason for a 4 star review is that the pale carpets where clean but rather stained.

Wonderful vacation rental in prime location

My family and I recently stayed at this property to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time here. The house was beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated with everything we could need to complete our stay. It was fully equipped to accommodate our 2 and 4 year olds with games and activities in addition to an ample selection of beach toys and accessories, which they really enjoyed. The location was superb for proximity to the beaches, shopping, and beautiful sunset strolls in the evenings. The owners allowed us to bring our pet which was an added bonus since we were going to be there for a full week and wanted to bring our dog along with us. Overall, really happy with our time here. Mahalo for allowing us to come and we hope to visit again sometime in the future.

Fabulous getaway!

This was our first time using VRBO, so we didn’t know to what to expect, but the overall experience was fantastic. The townhouse was spotless, nicely decorated and has everything you could possibly need from beach towels to a waffle maker. With two teenagers, we really appreciated having two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. We took advantage of the beautiful pool in the complex, the Mauna Lani beach club, and several other nearby beaches. There’s a very nice grocery store nearby, so we bought groceries and ate breakfast and lunch at the townhouse, then went out to dinner each night (there are some excellent restaurants in the area). My husband and I also took a walk each morning and walked around the grounds of the Fairmont - highly recommend checking it out. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

A Little Slice of Aloha

This was our 2nd stay in the Mauna Lani area, but our first at ML Fairways. I must say that this townhome was our absolute favorite! The home was spotlessly clean on arrival -- Mary even granted us an early check-in bc our flight had been changed. It had all the amenities you need: kitchen appliances, beach items, even cruiser bikes were available for our use. The location was perfect: just close enough to the local market, and a short walk to the Fairmont coast walking path. Beach club access was a plus -- that's where we always do our intro snorkel to the area. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio, looking at the lush landscape. The home was a short walk to the pool, but still private enough. We cooked a lot of our dinners, but there are a few local restaurants in the area. Mary was quick to respond to any of our questions. I highly recommend staying here :-)

Beautiful Townhome in

The townhome was nicely decorated and all appliances were top of the line and new. We cooked 2 meals and ate breakfasts at the home and everything we wanted was at our fingertips. The Fairways is a smaller cluster of homes within the larger Mauna Lani resort development. It had its own pool and fitness center within a short walk. Quiet setting off the beach, but the quick drive to the resort's beach club area had plenty of parking. It was fabulous that there was a reasonable grocery store/deli that was a quick drive within the resort to pick up items when we forgot something. Super convenient! The owners also had snorkles, flippers, bikes, beach umbrellas, carts and boogie boards to use - fabulous. It made our beach outting really fun!. The owners were fabulous in letting us do a later checkout for our late afternoon flight. Owners had compiled a helpful notebook on local places and ideas and tidbits. A wonderful place to stay with a family. Nice gracious hosts!

Cleaning your condo

Stay at this condo and you will not come back to Mauna Lani, Hawaii. We arrived early so the cleaning had not been finished they came the next morning and cleaned. After they left when I walked into the kitchen I was sticking to the floor I took a paper towel with hot water and wiped it. My paper towel was black, I took pictures .I cleaned the whole tile floor up. The washing machine & dryer work but need a really good cleaning. Sorry to be so picky but really was hoping not to have to clean before we could stay. Our Daughter & her family was in another unit that was much nicer than ours, at least cleaner. The carpets and furniture need a good cleaning, being a guest at your condo should not involve any cleaning in order to stay.

There is a major point about this review that I need to make: this guest arrived four hours early than the check in time, without notice or approval for an early check in. Our housekeeping crew was simply not finished mopping, vacuuming, etc but they did accommodate the guest's request to come back the next day to finish, instead of completing the job that day. The guest asked them not to finish and to come back the next day. The carpet was replaced only six months prior to this guest's stay so practically new and the sofa is only two years old an in excellent condition. Alan and I work hard to provide a great guest experience, and have years worth of good reviews from those that have stayed at our home. It is important for us to ensure that we are offering something that is clean and reliable for a wonderful vacation and have never received this sort of review before. While we realize there can always be room for improvement, I feel if this guest checked in when the housekeepers had the home ready (at the check in time) none of this would have been a concern. Also, I need to note that the review was left on June 5 but I was just notified of it by Vrbo on September 12. I am working with them to find out why there was such a drastic delay on notifying me about this.

Wonderful Stay

Mary and Alan are great host and easy to communicate with. The townhouse is located in a gated very secure complex close to Mauna Lani Resort and Fairmont. Everything is stocked well and the market is nearby! Travel light... Just bring your beach clothing, your cameras and your Aloha spirit and $$$! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Fantastic Place!

This is a fabulous property! It's very close to the Fairmont and the great restaurants there. We very much enjoyed beach equipment available (beach chairs, umbrella, etc) and used the access to the Maunu Lani Beach Resort almost every day (incredible snorkeling!). We loved using the bikes to ride down to the Holoholokai Beach Park and watch the sunset. The place was very clean and better than the pictures. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We are full time Colorado residents who live in Woodland Park, CO. We stay busy with our jobs and our kids but we love to get to our vacation homes in Colorado and Hawaii as often as possible! Mary is a real estate agent in Woodland Park and Alan is in the professional cycling industry, currently working mostly with our country's Wounded Warriors. We have two kids, two dogs, and a tortoise which means we are BUSY most of the time. We embrace that outlook that life can be short, so enjoy it and don't take it for granted and we feel so blessed to have these properties to share with others. We hope you will enjoy them as much as we do!
