Thank you for your review. We will pass your comment regarding the beds to the owner. The thermostat is set on "auto" fan and cuts on whenever the temperature rises above the set temperature. For future reference, either cut the A/C up a few notches or switch the fan to "off"

Hi Darren. We are disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with this unit. We wish that you would have contacted us during your stay so we could have helped correct some of the issues. We have maintenance people at our office who could have came out to fix the cable in your unit if we had known about the issue you were experiencing. As for the updates in the unit, we have to talk to the owners about updating the unit. It has nothing to do with the location. In fact, the owner has made many updates in the unit within the past 2 years. The carpet throughout the unit is only 2 years old, so we are surprised to hear that you felt it was dirty and lacked padding. The owner has also had a new Air-Conditioning installed and replaced the stove in the kitchen within the past year. All of the units we manage are individually owned and there are plenty of small components you could point out in each of them that could use updates. However, we believe comparing these vacation condos to a Motel 6 is excessive. We strive to make sure that all of the units we manage are clean and well stocked and believe that this unit is acceptable and priced accordingly.
