My wife and I rate this property as high as anywhere we've ever stayed. Location, location, location is the best possible in CBD. Clean, stylish, comfortable, and accommodating. The outdoor patio is is special. Host Siobhan is the best I've ever dealt with. Immediate, thorough, helpful and patient communication. 5 STARS! If you're a couple looking for Melbourne CBD, stop looking right here. You've found the one!

Beautiful Apartment Great Location

An elegant apartment in a perfect location. Very comfortable, surrounded by restaurants and theatres and a short walk to the botanical gardens and museums. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and a wonderful flat

This was a great location in Melbourne and the pictures of the flat were very accurate. The covered balcony was quite nice as well. I really like the older building renovations like this.

Right in the middle of town

Fabulous 4 night stay in the thick of Melbourne town. Centrally located apartment with all the mod cons- fabulous hot water system for our shower - walking distance to most places- definitely recommend.

Overall stay was great. Host communication was fantastic and clear. Could have used a couple more face washers for the 4 of us, only 1 was provided. Would stay again 😊

Holiday in Melbourne City

This property is absolutely magnificent. Everything it shows in the photos does not do justice. The location is great with just a 100 meter walk to the trams and close to all theatres. The apartment was spotless and very welcoming and warm with easy access, Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful 7 nights stay. Property exactly as described. Best location: restaurants, shopping, MCG, Arts, culture, history. Apartment: good size, added and big bonus of a large covered balcony. Host: great communication and responsive to queries.

Quality, central apartment with large balcony

Wonderful property exactly as described. All required amenities. Central to all activities: restaurants, bars, MCG, shopping, Theatres etc… We did not notice any excessive noise apart when bins were cleared but expected that and part of city life. Highly recommended with excellent host communication.

Chic central apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment had everything we required. Siobhan was very accommodating and quick to respond. The only slight negative was the bins in the laneway get emptied every night so this did wake a couple of members of the family, but not others. It was an awesome location, excellent cafes and restaurants and Metro store close for supplies. Once inside, there was no traffic, tram or road noise at all. Very enjoyable stay and would stay again.

Apartment 1 review

Property was lovely but being woken two or three times a night with glass bottles being thrown into the skip bins & rubbish trucks emptying them was annoying. Apart from that we had a great stay & the trams were a whole new experience for us.

Stayz acc in melb

The property appeared nice in the advertising but it shouldn’t have been sold as a 2 bedroom - it wasn’t - you couldn’t sleep because of the noise continuous from the large industrial bins getting emptied at 3 every morning and the place didn’t have any windows so theee was no air flow - the only good thing about it was the shower - the couches were old and sinking - the pillows were disgraceful

Location, location, location

Everything about this rental was positive, from the booking process, communication with the host, check-in and above all, the location. You are in the heart of the CBD and restaurants abound, a few blocks and you're in the heart of Chinatown. Everything in the CBD is walkable, but the accessibility to the free trams makes that even easier. Unit is clean, comfortable and well equipped. We needed it to be as fragrance free as possible and that was accommodated as well. There is a compendium there with all the suggestions you need to get started and two MIKY cards to add funds to and use the transportation outside the free zone. Would definitely use again if we were staying in Melbourne.

Great location and property but noisy.

Apartment was perfect for our needs and the location suited us. It was clean with good quality appliances. The instructions from the host were clear and concise and we had no problems checking in. It was handy to be able to come and go using the keypad code to each access the apartment. However it was difficult to sleep due to the outside noise from the street and people and impossible to sleep when the bins in the neighbouring alley were emptied at 3-47 am both mornings of our stay. It was a weekend so maybe its not as bad if it was a week night not a weekend. Such a shame as the apartment itself was perfect.

Stylist home in the city

Gorgeous property in the centre of town. Most things within walking distance. Few issues with cleanliness reported to the owner but didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the property or the area.

A great location for a four day trip to Narm.

The location is perfect with easy access to cafes, Theatre's, walking to the MCG and trains/trams for those more distant adventures. The apartment was very comfortable and Siobhan always replied promptly to all our questions. I would definitely stay again. Ps don't forget to check out the awesome Bowie graffiti on the buildings laneway wall.

Absolutely fabulous

Perfect place for a city getaway, we were close to everything. The beds and bedding were divine. Siobhan is a very considerate host. with lots of tips about the city. It was an absolutely fabulous find and we had a great time.
