Spacious and great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here with two friends, we each got a bedroom. The unit is in a great location literally steps from the gondola and the general store. Great kitchen and the giant dining room was great for poker games. My only complaint is that the two upstairs bedroom share a bathroom (the third bathroom is downstairs) but not a big deal, I would stay here again. Management on site was also super nice and helpful.

This recent stay was told Not to use this shower, this was a real inconvenience with 7 people trying to get ready. Only negative is terrible shower. Almost impossible to regulate temperature. This comes from using ' no name's shower body ( hot/ cold controller). Sally at front desk was especially helpful.

Perfect Location!

Overall a great stay! Kudos to the onsite management company for their flexibility & helpfulness. Some of the condo’s furnishings are somewhat worn & tired-looking, specifically the sofas which sag & the coffee table is wobbly. Beautiful dining area. Couldn’t ask for a better location & wonderful management.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and decor of the unit were great. However it had some maintenance and condition issues that brought it down. The biggest issue was a musty smell from the closet in the master bedroom. Other issues were windows that had no screens and some would not open. The master bed was uncomfortable. It is a well decorated and updated unit and the location was great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff at Westwind were incredibly nice and accommodating. The unit was clean -and even ready early. But the unit itself itself is a bit rundown and feels like it has been ignored. The fan in the 3rd floor bedroom didn’t work- and the window in that room was broken and not easily opened/closed. I’m tact while trying to open it the blinds fell off the rail on the left side. There are no screens on most of the windows. The couches are old and worn out. The kitchen has drawers that don’t even fully open because they hit other knobs etc. very much feels like a place that is used strictly for rentals with minimal- if any- upkeep over the years.

great closing weekend at Vail

everything was perfect. beautiful condo. very close to Eagle Bahn Gondola in Lionshead Village. check-in was super easy. I definitely give it 5 stars for sure.

Location and views

Great location to access Lionshead and slopes. Top floor views of the mountain were wonderful. Hot tub could be warmer (was more of a 'warm tub' than a 'hot tub').

Amazing stay

We had the best stay. Only issue was cleaning people came on Thanksgiving. And we said it wasn’t a good time. We were there for 4 more days and they never returned. Even after we called the front desk. So for 8 days we had no house keeping. I ended up washing our towels multiple times so we had fresh towels. We are a fam of 5.

Great place

We had a great stay at this apartment. The staff were friendly, location great, hot tub and ski lockers were a nice addition. Lots of room for several couples or a family. We have already tried to book this apartment for next season.

Great location in Lionshead!

Short walk to gondola through cute town center. Rented skis at Vail Ski Tech, which Westwind recommended-they gave us a coupon for rentals. Place was great! Will definitely come back
