Thanks for your review. Sorry for the outlets. Since I didn’t receive any response after our last conversation, I assumed you had figured it out. I just checked with our current guests, and they informed me that the outlets in both bathrooms are working. It seems that someone has successfully reset them. Regarding cleaning, I had shared their contact number in my check-in email and mentioned in the check-in instructions that guest should call them within 24 hours for any cleaning issues, and they will promptly return. I have also shared this feedback with them, so hopefully, they will address the issue. The air conditioning is now fixed. The guest who checked in after you did complained about it, and the HVAC technician found an issue with the ductwork.

Thanks for the feedback. You could have used the bathroom as long as you don't overfill the tub. I talked with the plumber, and he said there was no leak, but someone overfilled the bathtub, which caused flooding in the bathroom and the bedroom below it.

Interesting, You sent me a text saying “nice place”. Did you not mean that? Or are you mad because something happened during your checkout like the house keeping told you to leave when you tried to overstay? I see a 5-star review from the guest who stayed the week before you so really trying to understand our first 1-star review :( Guys, we have a professional management company who cleans and maintains the property. If you are not satisfied with their service, please call them and they will address your concern.

Sorry, Andrea, for your experience. We do maintain the property, as we also visit it with our kids and I will look into everything you mentioned here. However, the previous renter flooded the upstairs bathroom, which probably caused your experience. FYI, I did not receive your messages otherwise I would have definitely replied.

Thanks Penny for your review. We now have new walls in that bedroom and also added additional lightings outside of the house. We have a professional property management company to clean and maintain our property and I always share their number with our guests. I know they had staffing issues last year but that is no excuse for not cleaning the property properly. We live in Ohio so heavily depend on them to take care. Please always call their house keeping to make sure they come back and clean if you are not satisfied.

Really sorry for your experience at our property. We never want any of our guests to have this experience though I believe your review is not a completely honest review. First of all, your check in time was 5pm and you checked in early, which is fine though I clearly stated in my check in instructions that do not enter in the house early if it’s not ready. The house must be clean and ready for guests to enjoy before they arrive though there could be some unfortunate situations where it could get delayed. I also shared the property management company’s phone number and you could have resolved all of your issues by simply contacting them on that day. It also took you over a day to even contact me, you contacted me the next day around 5pm about cleaning issue and asked me what I can do about it, you also did not mention about your child’s conjunctivitis due to this either, I don’t think conjunctivitis can happen because this property was not vacuumed. This is a rental property though we also stay at this property multiple weeks every year with our kids, also most of our guests come with their children and we would never ignore this property and put it in a condition which could put any kids at risk. We always try fix any issue we know or have been brought to our attention by guests or anyone right away and that is why we get positive reviews from our guests. you mentioned that living room carpet filled half the vacuum, this property has vinyl plank flooring in the living room and the carpet it has is the normal 8x10 area rug, there is no way it can fill half of the vacuum. You mentioned about fan not working and nail popping up on a deck but I don’t see guests after you complaining about it so must be resolved during your stay.
