NY! Charmerende Catalina Home w / Deck, 0. 1Mi til stranden

We're so glad this home was such a great fit for your family. The patio view really is one of our favorite features, and it's wonderful to hear the location worked perfectly, close enough for easy walks while still being tucked away from the downtown noise. Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review and for recommending the house to future guests.

Thank you so much for the kind review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and especially loved the deck. It’s one of our favorite parts of the house, too. We’d love to have you back again sometime!

From the owner: “Thank you so much for the review! We’re so glad you found the house cozy and convenient for your time in Avalon. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the DVD collection and found the kitchen well stocked—we love providing those extra touches to make our guests feel right at home. We’d love to host you again the next time you're on the island!”

So glad you enjoyed the porch, the location, and that classic, quaint Catalina charm, and that communication made things easy along the way! We're currently going through and replacing towels on a rolling basis and are sorry yours weren't up to standards. In a 120 year old house we're always working through wear and tear, and the window latches are next on our list to address. As for the split bathroom, it does take some getting used to, but it's a fun nod to the old days and tends to come in handy when getting ready to head downtown. We appreciate you sharing all this feedback and are glad the overall stay worked out well.

We're so glad the house was perfect for your family trip! It's great to hear the location worked out so well for you. Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review, and we're happy the kitchen made it easy to enjoy meals at home during your stay. Come back anytime!

We're so glad you enjoyed the privacy and spent some quality time out on the porch. Providing a quick and helpful experience for our guests is always a top priority, so we're happy to hear we could help make your stay smooth. We'd love to host you again at the Trout House soon!

Thank you so much for the five-star review! We're thrilled to hear that the historic charm and ample deck space made your Avalon trip so special. It's wonderful to know you enjoyed the location! We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for your review! We're glad you enjoyed our home. We appreciate you mentioning the walk up the hill—it's a good way to get your steps in while still being close to town! We hope to see you again soon.

From the owner: "Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you found the place perfectly fine, but we sincerely apologize for the issues regarding cleanliness and odor. We take cleanliness extremely seriously, and the place is cleaned thoroughly after each visit. We truly regret that your experience did not feel freshly cleaned. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention."

Excellent! We're always happy to hear our guests have enjoyed our house and the island.

We’re so glad you had such a great seat for the 4th of July fireworks! The deck really is the best spot in town for the show. It's wonderful to hear that the location worked well for your group and that you were close to all the Avalon action. We hope to have you back for another summer celebration soon!

Thank you so much for the detailed review! We’re so glad the "split" bathroom layout worked well for your group—we agree it makes a big difference when traveling with another couple. It's wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the charm of our "small upstairs home" and made good use of the covered patio. We’d love to have you back for another manageable and relaxing getaway soon!
