Rancho Santana stay

The property had a great view and breezes, and had everything needed to be comfortable with A/C and prepare meals. Casey and his family was super friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

Great Experience

Casey is an awesome host. This is a more authentic local experience. Thank you for wonderful memories- we’ve made lifelong friendships and will be back!

Great Value

Casey and his family are really nice and we had great communication. They gave me their coffee maker and offered use of the pool ! The hosts were very helpful with all of my needs and went above and beyond. No frills, but his was perfect for my solo trip to Santana.

Family stay at Rancho Santana

We enjoyed our stay at Casey’s property. Enjoyed his hospitality and the great views from his place. The only thing is it was tricky to find his place upon arrival. Casey did pick us up from a location within the larger property. It would have helped having a map or a WhatsApp location of the property beforehand. We would stay again at his property.

Relaxing & Memorable

My sister and mother accompanied me to this lovely home stay. It was wonderful to stay with locals among the beautiful Rancho Santana complex. Please do not drive the google way to shorten the drive. Make sure to go through Rivas, it will take longer but much safer. Rene and Cassie were so helpful and receptive to our questions and requests. The views are breathtaking day and night! I will be staying there often.

Location and Rancho Santana very beautiful

My reservation was for four. And, I thought it was going to be as described with two queen beds, in one room, a shared full bath with another room with a 1 queen bed. But upon arrival we had a standard bed only was nothing like the pictures depicted. However, we made it work by living the other two guest at another location. We only slept there. Casey, the owner was very polite and not very. A lovely family.

Incredible Family Vacation. Great House with a View and a Great Staff!

This is my second trip to Hacienda Vista Del Mar. I was able to extend our stay by a day, but it still was not long enough. It is family friendly environment, yet a cozy getaway for my wife and I. I love the outdoor kitchen for barbecuing at night while watching the sunset. My wife swam with the kids in the pool while I grilled and drank a cold Toña. Looking forward to going back in July or August with the guys to fish and surf. They have a housekeeper that will cook us breakfast and lunch provided we bring the food.

We can't wait to return!

My husband and I recently spent 5 days at Hacienda Vista Del Mar with my two daughters. It was very quiet at the ranch and we always felt so safe. It was a lovely week and a great way to enjoy the Pacific Coast.

Best Sunsets!

I could not have enjoyed my trip to Hacienda Vista Del Mar and Rancho Santana more! The sunsets are simply incredible, the staff is amazing, and the house is beautiful. I will be coming back again!

An experience beyond all expections.

Coming from the snowy mountains of Vermont, to arrive at Rancho Santana was warmly delicious. The amazing accommodations with hilltop ocean views, friendly people, early morning walks on the beaches, and 5 star cuisine created the perfect experience for an idyllic getaway. A new undiscovered destination vacation!

Hacienda Vista Del Mar is a place where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility or you can take a short drive and enjoy the amenities in the surrounding area. The best way I can describe it...Connected, but Disconnected. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect getaway

We stay at HVDM for a few days with my family. It has an amazing view of the beach Playa Santana. It’s the perfect spot for sunset, sometimes it was hard to leave the house to explore the property because of its amazing location. It’s perfect for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. We are definitely coming back, because there’s so much to explore and so little time. There are 5 beaches within the property, hiking trails and the best tacos you’ll ever have. Also a great breakfast provided everyday with their sweet girl Glenda. She took good care of us during our stay.

Literally a slice of heaven!!

If you are looking for a location that enables you to get away from it all, this is it. Location is amazing, the home is all you could ever want or need. This was our second visit to Hacienda Vista Del Mar and it will not be our last. It makes coming home a serious thought provoking decision. The support was amazing as well.

Hacienda Vista del Mar on Rancho Santana was an excellent getaway

Hacienda Vista Del Mar has an overwhelming beautiful view over Rancho Santana and the Pacific Ocean. It is an relaxing place. I love the spacious house with its grill area and the refreshing pool. I can recommend it as a getaway for couples as well as families (it has 3 A/C bedrooms).

Wonderful home w/amazing views & great local staff

Perfect in every way for our 2 family group of 2 adults & 4 kids - clean, great views, lovely pool (clean!), really well stocked & roomy kitchen & delightful staff. This is the third house we’ve stayed in on Rancho Santana & my favorite - lots of little extras like games, books, beach towels & toys made a big difference. Staff were attentive and helpful. The views are amazing although it’s worth noting that the house is quite a trek from the beaches & main clubhouse so you’ll probably want to rent a car.

Stunning tranquil beauty

We rented Hacienda Vista Del Mar with high expectations and we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty by the staff and once we entered the main house our breath was taken away. It really was as nice as the photos. We had stayed at Rancho Santana prior with the same view but this house excels. It is an estate with a large lawn and spectacular Poinciana tree that enhances the broad view of Rancho Santana central and the stables all the way down to "Mag Rock". Watching the sunset from the infinity pool was unreal. The breeze up there was so refreshing on hot days. The other great benefit of this home is that everything works and the staff keeps it impeccably clean. It is close to everything and had a very thorough information binder. Any inquiries we made to the manager were responded to immediately. This property was above our budget but we enjoyed it immensely and it was worth every penny. We shared it with another couple and the separate building sleeping quarters made it ideal. We are so happy we stayed here for an entire week.Treat yourself. You will enjoy the memories for a life time. We intend to return at our first opportunity.

Hi ,yes our vacation was great T Rancho Santana ,the house and view is beautiful, we enjoyed the amenities and restaurant. every thing is so nice . Just let me pointed some : in the house we not able to see TV because there is not cable TV, the CD player was broken, the kids complained about this issue.
