Velkommen til paradis! Denne to-værelses, to-badeværelse villa ligger i hjertet af Paradise Island, kun 30 minutters taxa ride væk fra Nassau lufthavn. Beliggende i stueetagen, villaen ligger få skridt fra poolen og har en smuk havudsigt.

Villaen er for nylig blevet renoveret og nyindrettet med intet overladt til overs. De to soveværelser har begge meget komfortable hukommelse skum senge, luksus sengetøj og fladskærms-tv. Det store soveværelse har en king size seng og det andet værelse har to enkeltsenge, der kan sættes sammen til en king size seng, hvis det ønskes. De levende område har en fantastisk, helt nye læder møbler, et fladskærms-tv og Roku 2 (adgang til Netflix, etc.) til din underholdning.

For dem, der ønsker at lave mad enheden er komplet med et fuldt udstyret, opdateret køkken og en udendørs grill (propan medfølger). Dagligvarer er let tilgængelige med en købmand en ti minutters gang væk for dine grundlæggende fornødenheder og for en mere omfattende udvalg; Fresh Mart er en hurtig taxatur til den anden side af broen, eller du kan bruge online købmand leveringsservice. At spise ude - der er flere restauranter inden for gåafstand, såsom Margaritavilla og The Green Parrot. Du kan også stoppe ved onsite restaurant, Violas, som tilbyder måltider, bar service og levende underholdning.

Den verdenskendte Atlantis Resort er en kort gåtur ned ad gaden med adgang til casino, restauranter og butikker. Daglige passerer for badeanstalt og akvariet kan købes på Atlantis.

Uanset om du foretrækker at lounge ved poolen eller hoved ned til den berømte Cabbage Beach, håndklæder og en 5 gallon vand kande leveres til at sikre, at du forbliver frisk og afslappet under din ferie.

Sunrise Villas the Location was Perfect

The location in Paradise Island was perfect. Wished Violas was open. That was quite a bummer not having food nearby. Really need a taxi to get around and that was OK. The amount of people flooded Atlantis from the cruise ships was very annoying. The surface cleaning was very good, but being allergic to dust, the vents could use some attention. I would recommend this condo and would stay again, but communicate to visit sites after 4 pm.

Perfect escape for a couple or family

We have stayed with Jordan a few times now. The resort and spacious condo has all what you need for a wonderful time. Just steps away to a private Cabbage beach area and the views are extraordinary. We look forward to many more vacations at Jordan's place.

Lovely Development

The condo we stayed in was on the ground floor which was needed due to health issues of one of our party. We probably chose the wrong time of year for our visit as the pool water and ocean were somewhat chilly. The condo itself was very nice. We were a bit surprised to find out although it had 2 bathrooms neither was en-suite. They were both down a little hallway. Big bonus was this was the first condo we had rented over many years with a generous amount of hangars. Paradise Island is a great place to vacation - lots of restaurants on and just over the. Food/dining is very expensive so you need to plan accordingly. We ate in a few more times than we might have normally.

Great unit. Had stayed at Sunrise before but in the second row. This was about twice the size, nicely decorated and overlooked the pool towards the sea. Lovely terrace and well equipped kitchen.

Great location

Perfect location for beach views from condo and easy beach access. Beach was great and not crowded. Unit was clean, spacious and owners were extremely attentive to a few small issues that happened during our stay. Easy walk to Atlantis with 11 and 8 yr old kids. Violas has good food but service could be better. Overall would recommend this Villa.

Spring break family vacation

We all really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It is a really special place and the best location. The beach is just beautiful and the pool is awesome. We spent our days going to the beach, pool, Atlantis (for Ben & Jerry's ice cream) then repeating until we could not walk anymore. The villa is so nice and clean and really had everything we needed. The guests & residents around the pool were so nice to chat with. The pool was never busy and we were often the only ones in the water. This is probably the best spot on the island. We hope to come back!

We LOVED this place and can't wait to go back!

My husband and I and our 19 & 15 year old kids stayed here for a week. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived at the villa. The owner met us there and walked us through the unit. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed: beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, an insulated cooler bag, rain umbrella (which we never needed!!), drinking water, plenty of toilet paper (we've rented other places that have only provided one roll), paper towels, extra blankets, sheets & towels, BBQ grill and so much more. Believe me, they have thought of everything for their guests! They also gave us some tips about local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. which was helpful because we did not rent a car for our vacation. The location was great and we walked everywhere either via the beach or the roads. We always felt safe and would highly recommend this villa to anyone!

A Paradise indeed!

My husband and I needed a little get-away after the holidays, and we were so lucky to end up in Jordan's villa on Paradise Island. It was way nicer than we expected. Check-in was super easy, and all the staff were so friendly and kind. The villa was immaculate and so comfortable, especially the bed. It has a great little kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The location is perfect, with one of the most beautiful, clean sand beaches I have ever visited just a staircase away from the villa. The pool right outside our door was clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the quiet surroundings away from the very busy Atlantis area. Jordan was great to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't think of a thing that was lacking. Well, yes, we fell in love with the island and we want to come back next year. We'll be booking at Jordan's again!!

Paradise on the beach

This villa is situated on Paradise Island, Bahamas with very easy access to Nassau, Atlantis, and has its own private beach for the complex that it was in. The interior of this villa was very clean, and had modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen and the outside grill saved us a ton of money on food by preparing it ourselves. Don't forget to shop in the grocery store on your way from the airport to the villa. The bathrooms needed an update, and the owner is doing that and other remodeling during this summer. I can't wait to see it again after the remodel. Jordan, the owner, will respond immediately if you have any problems with the villa. As I said, the villa is in a perfect place to see the island and it's attractions and adventures. Very easy to hail a cab, or even walk to see them all. I couldn't believe how friendly the people of the Bahamas are. They will go out of their way to recommend dining, attractions, and adventures. I recommend this place to everyone that is staying on Paradise Island. Go to this villa, unplug, rejuvenate, and enjoy the island life. Make it a time to connect with your friends and have a wonderful time. Maybe work on a tan!

Paradise on Paradise Island

Sunrise really is a gem. Jordan's villa is the gem of the gem. We had a fantastic stay. All reviews before mine are accurate, our stay was no exception. I'm not sure where to begin... ...actually I do. Jordan. I can't believe I never spoke to Jordan on the phone. I used the VRBO app on my phone to email Jordan, I received a response within MINUTES every time. Jordan is what truly made our stay perfect. As for the questions I had, none were significant. Question about configuring the safe, received a response within minutes. Question about the water jug, question about the snorkels, instant replies. Jordan was available by phone as well, I just never had to call because email was equally fast! All of Jordan's emails end not with "Sincerely" or "Thanks", but with "Let me know if you have any questions.". Every time. You can't ask for a better owner to work with. Jordan was right there, every time. As previous reviews have mentioned, the profile photos of the villa are 100% accurate. Beautiful home, perfect location. You are steps from the pool, steps from the beach. The unit and entire complex were very quiet and relaxing. Even on a calm night, you can hear the waves crashing on the beach from the patio. Lovely. Also all amenities listed on this profile are accurate. All items were there, available and easy to find. The pool was cleaned every morning. Mid-week they also tested the water for safety. All staff was very polite/helpful. Front desk was always helpful from hailing taxis to suggesting restaurants. Every taxi arrived in 5 minutes or less. You're also only a 10 minute walk to local shops, small grocery, Atlantis. 10 minute taxi to larger grocery store in town. Violas had great food and atmosphere too. The beach directly in front of the complex was never crowded. To your left you'll see Atlantis half a mile away, it's packed. In front of Sunrise it was practically a private beach. GORGEOUS water, great snorkeling and lounging. Beds/pillows/linens/leather sofas were all super comfortable. Sleep was a vacation on vacation! Internet and phone worked great for keeping in touch. Patio grill was fantastic. Lots of floats, beach chairs (all lightweight, easy carrying!), cooler, snorkeling gear, everything for a great day on the beach. Highly recommend visit Blue Lagoon while you stay. Bring the snorkels with you! Much more. But hands down, JORDAN is the best part about this place. We will be back!!

Perfect Villa on the Beach

The Beach Villa was everything as described. Our family had a great time and truly enjoyed the private beach access to the beautiful blue water. The host was also very prompt answering questions before the trip. The location was also very convenient to Atlantis resort for restaurants and other entertainment. It was a fantastic trip. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Would definitely stay again

First off, this unit definitely deserves it's positive reviews. The unit itself was very nicely renovated and has just about everything you would need for your stay. We really enjoyed the outside patio, which is arguably in the best spot of the entire complex with a direct view of the ocean and just steps away from the pool. Jordan is a great host and is extremely responsive to questions or any issues you may have during your stay. Our issues were quite small and he actually did more than he needed to remedy these. The property is far enough from Atlantis to avoid the crowds, but close enough to take the 10 minute walk to enjoy dinner and nightly entertainment if that is your thing. We, our teenage son and his friend (both 16) always felt safe going back and forth (not to mention nice wide sidewalks). Aquaventure is a little further down but a great option for the boys when they were looking for some more fun. Having the beach close by was another plus (just a few steps from the pool and down the stairs). Not too crowded but always something going on. Lastly, cannot stress enough how friendly everyone was that we encountered- a good-natured conversation can go a long way and we made friends that will last a lifetime. In a nutshell, we would definitely stay again!

Exactly as you see it - BEAUTIFUL

We had a great time in this condo for a long weekend. Having the kitchen was great and now that we know the area, we will be doing more dinning in and grocery shopping. However, groceries are very expensive. The views from this place are fantastic, the pool is super nice and clean also. I will return here without a doubt! The only suggestion I have would be for new beach chairs and beach toys and boards for kids of all ages. We will be back for sure!

Great Location!

Our time here was great! The listing was exactly what it looked like online. Our family of 4 (all adults) stayed here for 10 days. This was our first time in the Bahamas/ on Paradise Island, and we all agreed that the location of this villa was perfect. A quick 2 minute walk to the beach (which was quiet, clean and beautiful every single day), an easy 10 min walk to shops and restaurants, and close to the Atlantis casino/ resort! It was also close to the port where private and group boat tours pick people up, and close to the ferry to Nassau. We even walked into Nassau one day from our villa, which wasn’t too bad either. Taxis are also easy to find near the villa, so it wasn’t hard to get places when we needed to. Checking in was smooth and simple, someone met us at the villa with our key when we arrived. We had access to two pools and beach front while we stayed here which was super convenient. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive to all of our questions and concerns throughout our stay. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time on our trip! The villa itself was clean, well kept and very spacious. We used the kitchen several times to make a few meals and were thankful it was well stocked with cooking utensils. The washer and dryer were so nice to have throughout the stay as well. Very comfortable and convenient all around! I would recommend this place to anyone who was planning to visit paradise island!

Beautiful villa right at the beach!

The property was exactly as listed. Big common areas for visiting and a spectacular location. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean and modern and the poolside patio was awesome. The hosts were responsive and kind. We highly recommend this property.

Great location on beach for families

Had a wonderful time in the unit which had great access to pools and the beach was a minute's walk away. The unit was spacious and allowed our two teens to spread out with their own bathroom. Really enjoyed using the patio in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a cocktail all while overlooking the pool and the sea in the background. Would definitely visit again!

Beautiful place. The villa is a two minute walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Villa was super quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Only recommendation would be if the villa had a beach umbrella to use. We had to pay $30 to use one.

Beautiful place, ideal location

Jordan's place was clean, and spacious. Just what we needed for a long weekend away. The proximity to all of the action was hard to beat. Right on the best beach, and close to the Four Seasons/Atlantis area -- all a short walk. Quiet place with a decent pool which felt secure. We did have a power outage for a few hours after we arrived, and Jordan was ultra responsive in dealing with it. Thankfully, we were in paradise and out by the pool and wandering around anyways. Thanks Jordan!

Gem of a home

This property is located on a hill overlooking the ocean, Our condo immaculate & beautiful. Both bathrooms recently beautifully renovated. We particularly love the quiet location, with security gates surrounding the private villas. The owner was always quick to reply to each & every one of our emails. Beach chairs & cooler included with the rental. Large private outside patio with bar-b-que grill & with table & chairs was our spot for morning coffee, just steps from the crystal-clear pool. We walked to the Atlantis & also to the amazing Ocean Club with fantastic restaurant overlooking the ocean. This was our second stay here at this condo, we hope to book again. Thank you, Jordan! What a gem of a property!

We had a great vacation and would definitely stay at Sunrise Villas again. The location is central to everything and the location right on cabbage beach so amazing. It is truly one of the most gorgeous beaches I’ve ever seen. The owner was easy to contact and the unit was very clean. A great stay, would highly recommend!

Family Get Away

Loved our stay, Jordan extremely helpful and responds quickly to all msgs. The villa was clean, beds very comfortable and loved our stay there. Pool directly out from our villa and beach just beyond. Ezrena who helps Jordan (owner) responded quickly on something we needed. Recommend this property as a place to stay.

We are a family of four who have frequently visited Nassau. We began coming here on cruise ships and quickly fell in love. Being from Northern Ontario, Canada we find Paradise Island to be the perfect escape from the winter weather. Prior to purchasing this unit, we spent time at various rental properties throughout Nassau before deciding that Paradise Island was where we prefer to be.

We fell in love with this property because of its proximity to all of the attractions of Paradise Island. It is in a beautiful Villa complex, just steps away from the world renowned Cabbage Beach. Everything is within walking distance from restaurants, bars, shopping, Atlantis, etc.

The unique benefits are that the villa is poolside with an ocean view. There is no better thing to wake up to then the view of the beautiful white sand and turquoise water.

The villa complex has everything that you would need for a relaxing, fun vacation. From hammocks to Viola's bar/restaurant - there is something for everyone.
